[Resolved] Itzcash Card — very poor service | |||
1. very poor service for itz, 2. aaj one week ho gaya mare railway ki id ko na tao customer care walay bat sunty hai na hi en ka executive . 3. agar cash load karwana ho tao pahlay en kay bank account may payment lagakar aao feer cash load hoga . tab tak ap koi work nahi kar sakty 4. agar customer care may coll karo tao kahty hai ki excutive ko coll karo.. or excutive na tao ap ka phone pic karay gay or na hi aap ko koi reply karygaye 5. railway ki id start karwanay kay liye pahlay mujhay bola gaya ki 15 day may ho jaygi. magar wo start huoe one and half month may. 6. id shuru karnay say pahlay en kay excutive kahty hai ki koi hidden charge nahi hai . but one month pura honay kay bad patta laga ki yah apni service kay 150 per month katty hai.
