I book a ticket from vizianagaram to vijayawada on 28th January 2023 from abhi bus app. Money is deducted from my account but ticket is not confirmed and refund also not received. Upi transaction id[protected]. Please resolve my problem ASAP.

    Hey,

    Ive made a payment of Rs.2, 957.97 for the train ticket from Nagercoil to Kalyan for 1st of May, 2023.

    The payment has been deducted, and the website of ixigo is neither showing me the confirmation of the ticket or in the failed trips.

    Kindly look into it, beacuse there's no chat or accurate consumer care support for this issue, and also its not the first time Iam facing the issue, there's always some or the other issue pops up when it comes to payment

      Hello,
      I have booked a ticket to Nellore from Chennai through IXIGO app. my ticket didn't booked but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. It has shown that the amount will have refunded me soon in 7 working days. I had even tried booking again and same the amount has been deducted from my bank account and the ticket hasn't booked for me. Later I have tried booking the next day, and then, the ticket got booked, but the refund hasn't reached me for a long time. An amount of rupees 456/- was deducted from me twice in which I have received one refund only from the user. I haven't received another refund amount till day, I'm not even getting the way to reach their customer service from the app. I need my refund amount from their side. I have submitted my payment screenshots here please check them . i have received one of my refund amount on 4 Jan 2023 it self from the ixigo receiptment and the other user that is Le Traveneus Technology Pvt.LTD . Please help me to get me my refund amount

        I have provided my account statement below. U can see amount of Rs. 2055.73 deducted for booking. But no amont of Rs. 2055.73 credited for refund on 16/01/2023 paytm payments Bank told me no transaction was made. So send me my money.

                  The coach A2 of train No 12809 on date 17 Jan 2022 as per IXIGO app was 3rd from Engine. Actual coach A2 position at Nasik Road, station was at tail side. My wife and her friends traveling by this train had to face lot of difficulty while boarding train, in A2 coach PNR No [protected].

                    Im booked train ticket PNR No. [protected] from Anantapuram to Tirupati, but the above ticket was free cancellation due to not conformed, that's why the above cancellation money not refund to me i.e. my account/Phone-pay not credit. please clear the my money as early as possible.

                      IXITRS[protected] is my trip id for cancelled train booking. Ixigo app is showing that money is credited in my upi id but is not reflecting in my account

                        my ticket PNR No. [protected]/ refund id No. IXITRS[protected] of Rs 895/- this is a free cancellation ticket book from Anantapuram to Tirupati, cancellation on 11.01.2023, but money is not credit to my account/phone pay. please clear the issue as early as possible.

                          On 6 th January, 2023, i have tried to book a ticket to Trivandrum 3 times.Payments of 692, 693 and 692 were debited to my account referring OTHPG 202657, 148919 and852804.Refunds were to be credited to my account on 11 th Jan, 2023.Please look into it and arrange for refunds immediately.Thanks

                            I booked a bus ticket from delhi airport to Phagwara through ixigo, I did the payment through UPI, money deducted but blank screen appeared on the app, no confirmation from ixigo through email and phone number . Please resolve the issue .

                              I booked a bus ticket from ixigo on 11 January 2023 from Delhi airport to Phagwara, my payment went through but no confirmation was done on my number [protected] and email hamdan.[protected]@gmail.com.
                              I reached the airport at 12 at the night and I’m stranded, what to do ? Please refund my money as this seems to be a fraudulent transaction. I’ve been a frequent ixigo user and this is the first time I’ve had to face this

                                      I booked a ticket on 9th jan 2023 for a train on 11th jan 2023 from ixigo app but my train ticket is still pending status is yet not confirmed and my amount that i paid through upi has been deducted. Please resolve my issue and refund my total amount as soon as possible due to this inconvenience that this app has caused me.

                                        I have booked a train but due to some reason it failed.
                                        Then the refund initiated in ixigo money max the amount is approx 368.
                                        Then i again booked the same journey with the ixigo money max amount and 8 rupees additional I had to pay then again the booking failed and 8 rupees initiated in ixigo money max then i transferred that amount in my bank account, 8 rupees cam into my account within a minute but 368 didn't and the app is still showing that it has transferred the amount in my account but it is not reflecting.

                                        This is incident is about today (8/1/23).
                                        Please transfer that money in my bank account.
