I have booked flight ticket from ixigo and cancelled it but I have not received the money back. There is no customer care support via phone and when I send them email, they don't even respond.i have already send them so many emails but no response from their side.

The booking details is as below
Flight ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata having PNR no WH7C3D.

Please take some legal action against them and help me in getting my refund asap.

I have booked a train ticket from ranchi to pt. Din dayal upadhyay station for 2 person named as Anish vidyarthi and Sweta Sinha, PNR [protected]. I want to cancel for te same.but I could not through app.

    I booked train ticket for 2 person KYQ to NJP 15640 Ghy Puri Express on 14th oct 2018 AC 2 Tier sleeper but at the last moment the train came with only 3 tier AC and we will managed on 3 tier AC berth.
    So, I request you to differentiate the money and refund to my bank account.

      Actually I booked ticket from Chennai to Tambaram in ulavan express but the amount was taken the money not at all returns but the amount haven taken twice a time but they send mail when I will return amount plzz tell me ticked booked on 27.10.2018 for 31.11.18 plzzz take action 567 and 567

        I paid for my tickets from mumbai to ratnagiri for train number 11085 my payment was successful but then it showed that my request is pending... And that. I should wait for 40 mins... But after that still it is pending... My payment is done but no tickets... Plzz help asap.. It also says i should not re-book in case of double reservation may happen

            Sir, i have booked a AC 2 tier ticket Hyderabad exp borading from Chennai central (MAS) to Scunderabad jn (SC) on 20th October and I cancelled my ticket on 21st October. I haven't received my refunded amount of 1440₹ .

                Am shrutika shrivastava, i had tried to book a train ticket between jabalpur to pune on 9th october 2018 bearing booking id ixit (Ixitr[protected]) i made transaction1366 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly...

                      I booked a ticket from bangalore to mumbai at 11:30 am today and it’s booking status is showing as pending even though my payment has been successful and my ixigo money has been deducted too. I got a message from ixigo saying that my booking status will be confirmed till 3 pm today, but yet there has been no change in the booking status and it still shows as pending. Kindly resolve this issue by either refunding me my entire money...

                      I have booked 2 tickets through ixigo app, that i want cancel the tickets but there is no cancel option in this app so, please let me know how to cancelled. I request you again and again please provide me a way to process the matter.
                      This is not fair at all. I am not getting any support from ixigo. The customer care numbers are not in use. Also no one is replying my mail which i have sent asking for the option of tickets cancellation.

                          I just paid for the flight from bengaluru to nagpur from ixigo app for the day November2ed indigo airlines at 2.25pm and paid through netbanking. the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but i didn’t get any confirmation of the ticket nor the ticket pass, I dont know what wrong happened in the following process and

                            I had booked tickets from qln-ltt on oct 3 two times, rs.1402/-money has deducted from my account and my booking got failed, so they said that your money will get refund within 6 days and its almost 17 days has over till now i didn't get my money refunded back..                                 Please sir help me that my rail booking is unsucessful at date 5/10/18 but 1370 rupees deduct from my account.. Ixigo send me message on date 11/10/18 that my refund is issue and refund credit on your account in 72 hours but till 18/10/18 date my refund has nor credit in my account.. So please help me in this issue i m also check my bank statement...

                                We wish to inform you that refund is already processed to your bank and ARN (Acquired Reference Number) is the sufficient proof of same. If there is a delay from bank side to settle the amount then please raise a complaint with bank's nodal officer against shared ARN for retrieval of funds. Be assured, there is no formality pending from our side.

                                I have booked and cancelled the train on 2/10/2018 itself with u. U have sent an email that u will refund the amount with in 5-7 working days.                                   I booked a ticket from warangal to bargarh on 22 september.The amount has been debited. I forgot my irctc password, so i was unable to book the ticket. The refund process initiated on 23 september and told it will be credited by 28.                                     While booking the ticket to palakkad to chennai in ixigo app, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And i forget the password finally. I trying new password by forget password option.ixigo send the new password aftr 5 min when the transaction session expire out.now the booking status is pending.my money is lost.i dont seen any relogin and complete booking using same order id /payment id ..pls help me.how to complete booking again? otherwise refund me immediately.
