    I'm vivek soundarapandian. I made a transaction on 23rd aug 2018 morning to book a train ticked between mas to ed but the payment got failed. I tried twice and both time it got failed. But both times money got deducted and it is not showing in failed transactions too. Please assist in getting my money back. The transaction amount is 547 twice and hence the total is about 1094. Please make the refund at the earliest. Thanks.

    Thank you for your response. I contacted my bank and got my refund. Thanks for the support :)
    I purchased a train ticket for ₹ 980 + 10 for 2 people, i.e, 490 for one. I later revisited to check how many seats are left on it after purchasing the ticket and came to see that the price for a ticket is 450 for one. That means, for those two tickets I lost ₹80 in total How is that possible ? I demand a refund of ₹80.

      My ticket status is still pending since 4 hrs .i had bookes 3 ticket from JHS to LTT train no. 12174. When i booked availability was WL/10 . if ticket cancel or booking unsuccessful so when i get refund amount. And full amount will return .? My booking details is following.

        I wasn't able to book a ticket and my balance of 1590 was deducted from the account... It's been 2 weeks still there's no refund.. Pls refund back...
        I've tried contacting them since 2 days...
        I've mailed them so may times but there is no reply at all.. It's not the way you guys keep ur customer updated... Please do reply us fo our queries. And refund me back...

        I had written my complaint @ 11 in the morning in this site... I've been struggling since 3 days for my refund issues.. I had mailed ixogo n I had never got any reply by them... N after I added my complaint in this site.. they replyed me through email @ 1 in d afternoon... By evening I've got refunded.. thank you so much... 😊 Luv the site

        We booked the flyt from Paytm, why do I write the complaint to ixigo..
        I have cancelled my ticket From agartala to Shilchar 14 august 2018. Ixigo said that money will be refunded within 6 days but still i have not receive money .If this kind of things happened with us how we will believe in ixigo these is totally out of control.

          payment was successful but train ticket not booked

          I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in ola wallet statement its showing "transaction with payuglobal successful". Debited amount - 1280, date and time :19 aug 2018, 01:55 pm and transaction id dqk6-c8z3-bunr. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction...

          I was trying to book my ticket for train 11057 from dadar to dhule which was failed for some reason from the ixigo site. The amount was deducted. But the ticket was not booked.After several retries the ticket was not booked nor receiving any reply from there end. The order ID of the same is IXITR[protected]. I didnt received my refund nor the ticket was booked.

          I have booked a ticket from saharsa to patna in janhit express with the help of ixigo app, my money has been deducted three times that is in total 3060rs. i have logged a complain but the company is not responding nd they have still not re-funded my money.               Hello
              I tried to book a ticket of spice jet from new delhi to patna on 03/08/2018. The flight number was sg8144 and the departure date was 24/08/2018. The required money ₹2795 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or spice jet. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out.
              No trips are showing and no response i am getting from spice jet, they are saying to contact to ixigo regarding this matter as they are saying in our system payment is showing pending.
              P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue is not resolved immediately then i won't be able to use this app for next time. Thank you.

                    This is regarding Trip ID: [protected] : PUNE to VISKHAPATNAM
                    The ticket is refundable, The Booking provider (Cleartrip )had e-mailed me that they would refund the money to ixigo wallet .And Ixigo would be liable to pay the refund amount of rs 519.

                    In the breakdown Summary of Ixigo page, , it's showing the refund amount as Rs 0.Please refund the money which is refunded by airlines and not mentioned against any charges.

                    Also please confirm about the money paid through earned ixigo money, according to terms and conditions both gets credited .

                    Please stop making fools of customers and take this issue forward otherwise I need to take strict action against you .

                      I tried to book a ticket on july 31st, but due to some technical issue my transaction was failed and i cancelled my booking. However the amount got deducted from the bank account for the same. Later on i receiveda message stating that your refund is initiated and will be credited within 5 days. Its been more than 5 days now and still i have not received any refund amount. Please look into this issue and reply me with an positive answer as far as possible. Thank you!

                                  I booked a flight ticket from delhi to lko payment was done money was withdrawn from my bank account but i didn't got my ticket. so i booked another one asap because i had to leave so i want my money back.                                       I have booked 6 train tickets from bengaluru to subramanya road in karwar express (16523) on (20.07.2018) but the booking didn't take place and the amount of 1500/- got deducted from my account twice. Lateri have been received notification saying the booking failed and amount willbe refunded within 5 day.
                                      The current status says that the payment is initiated but i haven't received any amount to my account. Requesting you to look into it and do the needful.
