I booked a ticket from somnath to jabalpur.Ticket was not booked and ixigo claimed that refund will be initiated within 10 days but refund did not came since 2.5 months.
I want to sue this company in consumer court for not refunding and also giving misleading messages.

    An extremely faulty flight booking system, causing several transaction failures and long time for refunding the amount. Highly disappointed by the website ‘ixigo’!!!

    I had booked a flight from london to delhi on ixigo on 18th feb 2018 (Qatar airlines) - however, an error occurred in the booking and the transaction was done. I have not yet received the refund. I tried re booking the same flight through another bank account and this happened again - resulting in a loss of about ₹80000.

    This should be treated as a case of fraud and needs escalation asap!!

    This is utterly disappointing on behalf of the entire team of Ixigo, I have still not recieved the refund and it has been more that 10 days.

    I was told to wait till thursday and it is thursday evening in London.

    I do not want anymore ETA, I want the refund asap, else I will have to escalate this further.

    I have booked one ticket from ranchi to mumbai dated 27 mar 17. payment had debited from bank but e-ticket is still not generated.

      Sir,
      I booked a ticket for 16th febuary 2018 from Ahmedabad to morbi at KYQ GIMB EXPRESS, train number 15668. The tickets were confirmed. But due to more than 3 hours of delaying. I tried to cancel all of my tickets from ixigo because it was not directly booked from irctc. The cancellation process showed "cancelation process is not permitted after the journey date." but the train was already late 4 to 5 hours and reaching time ~22:17 on 16th february 2018 to the boarding station ahmedabad. Tdr file is also not being processed because of the same issue.
      Kindly do revert back as soon as possible!

      I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ixigo has not refunded my money.

      Hello.. i had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected]. TDR accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. TDR result show status like "CR Registered". however money has not been refunded by ixigo. please refund the money. train ticket information is given in photo attached.

        My issue still not resolved, searched for 17th feb flight from del-ccu
        Whereas when it got redirected to the concerned booking partner easemytrip
        Then it got routed to17th mar and payment was debited.

        Neither easemytrip nor the airlines (Indigo) helped me in that instance.
        They were charging more to do a date change. This was so insane. I have
        Deleted the app of ixigo.

        As checked with reference to your concern, you were in touch with our customer service team on 7th Feb just after the booking made by you and our team had suggested as a one-time goodwill gesture, to make a new booking and we will waive-off our change fees for the previous booking and this was for within 24 hours only. However, there was no response from your end after that. As of now, this booking stands confirmed with us for 17th March and we look forward to welcoming you on board.

            Sir,
            I booked a ticket for 10th febuary 2018 from lucknow (Lko) to moradabad (Mb) at abadh assam exp. Train no.-15909. The tickets were confirmed. But due to more than 3 hours of delaying.               I booked a sleeper train ticket through ixigo on 23 jan 2018. While booking, it redirected to irctc web page and using my irctc account i booked the ticket. It's amounted of 260 inr. But unfortunately i want to postpone my trip and i had cancelled my train ticket booked through ixigo on 24 jan 2018. But the refund amount of rs.200 is not refunded yet. While i go to the irctc page they says that the ticket was not booked through irctc and it cannot be refunded. I informed this problem to ixigo and they said that they will refund the amount within 5-7 days. But no action was from there after 7 days, and i didn't get my money yet.

                I booked the train ticket through this app and my pnr no is [protected] for a journey from calicut to ernakulam jn for a journey on 10th february, 2018.
                Now unfortunately i need to cancell the booking of some exigency in the family.
                It is frustating to not being able to cancel the booking on this app.
                App was quite about this at the time of booking and now i am am getting no clue as to what to do.

                I booked two tickets through this app in ICRTC to travel on 26.03.2018from Tutucorin to Chennai .The tickets were booked on 07.02.2018.Amounts deductedfrom my account and shown as failure for tickets.But it is not reflected in refund status in ICRTC.The amount deducted was Rs.1655/-

                  My name is radhakrishnan, and i am from kerala. I had booked a train ticket through ixigo.com mobile app on 20th december 2018. But it got cancelled as i enter a wrong password. The cash was deducted but booking was not done. I got an sms from ixigo saying that my cash will be refunded within 7 days. But even after 45 days, they have not given my money back. I had contacted their customer care several times, but they are repeatedly saying that they have already processed my refund but never given me any proof for that. Their customer care people are very rude and disconnecting my calls without completing the conversation. Normally i book through paytm and their services has been excellent.in case of cancellation they used to give me refund immediately. Kindly do the needful to take action against them and get my refund. Thank you very much

                    I was booked ticket through ixigo on 18/01/2018 from thrissur to trivandrum on trivandrum mai for28/02/2018.But some technical error I was not completed it and my cash of Rs.450(225+225) was deducted from my account. A message got from ixigo that refund for your failed train booking will be credited to your account within ten working days.But no amount was refunded until yesterday.please consider my mail and refund my money back as early as possible

                        I was about to book my ticket from pune to delhi. On putting the promo code, the transaction failed multiple times and i was not able to do the transaction.

                        Finally i was able to book when i tried without promo code and other card.

                        Later i found that amount was deducted from my first failed transaction also.

                        I even had to face a loss of time and also of not using promo code.

                        If promo code was not working, i could have used goibibo or makemytrip. At least they have a smooth transaction process.

                        Highly disappointed as a new user.

                          Hello
                          I tried to book a ticket of air india from chandigarh to pune on 21/01/2018. The flight number was ai813 and the departure date was 28/03/2018. The required money ₹4092 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or air india. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out.
                          P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue is not resolved immediately then i won't be able to use this app for next time. Thank you

                          I have booked ticket through ixigo app on 28/01/2018. There is confirmation regarding ticket booked received .
                          Payment done through my friends debit card, money debited from bank account. Till dated no refund is received. Please do the need full.

                            1. I booked a ticket for 04 person in train no 12442, rajdhani exp for 31 dec 2017 vide

                            2. Subsequently i cancelled the above ticket on 31 dec vide cancellation id - [protected] and an amount of rs 1915 refund was initiated

                            3. It was mailed to me that refund of rs 1915.00 will be refunded in 10 days.

                            I have booked a ticket in ixigo app which is redirect to my irctc account and it gone well. But unfortunately i have another schedule so i cancelled that train ticket successfully. Later i have received a message from ixigo that the amount is refund to your account with in 10 days sounds good. But i have received another message from irctc like please collect your refund amount from agent. Is this ixigo is an agent? I have booked my train ticket by using my debit card.                               This is to notify you that i tried booking two tickets from bhubaneshwar to howrah and the moment i made the payment the page went off leaving me with no options of putting the password. Although the tickets weren't booked, my money amounting to rs.308 got deducted. This is not a process to run an application when you don't have proper procedure.
                              Kindly let me know how soon will it be refunded and if you want to run your app successfully, provide a customer care number and solve the problems to avoid such hassles.

                                I have booked train ticket on 17/12/2017 from ixigo app and money was paid rs of 720 due to exceed of time the ticket was not booked and i received a msg saying (Victor, sorry booking for your yresvantpur jn to raichur train with booking id: ixitr[protected] was not confirmed refund of rs 720 has been initiated and will be credited to your account within 10 working days.

                                Its been more than 20 days still i didnt get my money back i request you to do the needfull thank you.

                                  I have booked train tickets from chennai mas to salem.. Since there was a change in the plan and the tickets were not confirmed and it was in waiting list, so i have cancelled my tickets and i got a message that i should get the refund from the agent, but i don't know who is the agent can you please explain about this...                                   I have booked Lucknow to hapur 2 bus ticket by ixigo name hariom shishodia and preeti shishodia by jagdamba tourism Lucknow on 28 February'18 at 11:00 pm. I was called 10:50 to 11:30 pm in jagdamba tourism but there was ingage call after then picked my call and give operator number but operator side no response.
                                  So return my money a.s.a.p its jagdamba tourism falt not me.I was already mailed ixigo.

                                    Sir,
                                    I booked a ticket for 9th january 2018 from bhadohi (Boy) to anand vihar terminal (Anvt) at bsb garib rath train no.-22407. The tickets were confirmed. But due to 3 hours of delaying. I tried to cancel all of my tickets from ixigo because it was not directly booked from irctc. The cancellation process showed "cancelation process is not permitted after the journey date." but the train was already late and reached at 00:44 i. E. 10th january 2018 to the boarding station bhadohi. Tdr file is also not being processed because of the same issue.
                                    Kindly do revert back as soon as possible!

                                      Tried to contract both ixigo and clear trip but there is no response. There is no contact detail for ixigo available online and cleartrip ask for booking id which is still not generated.
