Am kabiraj nayak, i had tried to book a train ticket between koraput to jharsuguda on 10th december 2017 bearing booking id ixitr[protected], but as i made transaction 948 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly...

On 09/12/17 I was booking ticket on ixigo but same time amount was deducted but I didn’t get the ticket details kindly please take further action .
On March 26th, my account was cut 1120 rupees, .due to the absence of a farakka ticket booking from delhi. The money was not to be returned in 5 days in my account. It's been 5 days since my money was not returned, please send my money to my account very soon.
I wanted to book my train ticket from kolkata to bolpur . After making the payment from debit card, it showed that some problem occurred. I didn't get my ticket and also Rs 725 transaction was done.
IXIGO should look upon this matter and respond me as soon as possible.
My train ticket booking failed on 1st june but till 8th June I did't get my refund. So plz send my cash asap.

      I booked a ticket for varanasi to sharjah. 1500 rs cashback offer including. After booking they returned 1500 rs ixigo money. Which can not be transferable in to account. Ixigo money has a time limit for 6 monts.in case if do not plan or book then it collapse. It is complete cheating to customer.

      Why these type of problems occurs. If someone do take actions then it happens regularly.

            I booked a flight from jaipur to hyderabad through ixigo (Go air airlines) on 25th november for 4588inr. First of all i booked a refundable ticket so i should get all the principal amount except taxes but the company is giving me just 1138inr and when i called them regarding the same they started telling that it’s policy of the airlines etc etc. They should not fool the customer on the first place and secondly i haven’t received my cashback in my bank account yet which they are showing refunded in the app. Why would i give separate charges to airlines, ixigo and easemytrip when i’ve booked my flight through ixigo. Please shut down this company and stop making fool of people.
            I hope my complaint will be resolved at the earliest.

It means that amount will be refunded after levying airline cancellation charges. You can also confirm the same with airline and can call your service provider Easemytrip on[protected] for any assistance.             I booked flight ticket to Bangalore from Kochi today. the amount got deducted but ticket not issued. its showing some server error. How can I get my money back??
            I booked a flight from Bangalore to Nagpur through ixigo (Go air airlines) on 29th Dec, 2017 for Rs.3582. First of all i booked a refundable ticket so i should get all the principal amount except taxes but the company is giving me just Rs.132 and when i called them regarding the same they started telling that it’s policy of the airlines etc etc. They should not fool the customer on the first place and secondly i haven’t received my cashback in my bank account yet which they are showing refunded in the app. Why would i give separate charges to airlines, ixigo and cleartrip when i’ve booked my flight through ixigo.

            I booked the tickets because it was showing me refundable, but I think refundable is not there after booking the ticket and when you will cancel it they will give you lollypop.

            Please don't try to malke fool peoples. whatever policies are there mention clearly and before booking you have to mention how much amount you will get back if we cancel that ticket.

              I have booked two flight tickets separately from pune to delhi
              For booking id [protected] i have received cash back for irn 444
              But for booking id [protected] i have not received cash back.
              Now i am taking follow up for the same with ixigo team, what i am getting in reply that they doesn't found any booking id [protected] even though i have sent them the tickets as well as invoice copy then also i get same reply from them which is not at all digestible for me nor any of the one going through the same situation.

                      Provided with a cash back code on 2 11 2017 with expiry date as 31 12 2017. But surprisingly when i use the code system says it is an expired code. Taken up immediately with Ixigo by email and was informed that the code expired on 31.10.2017. How come expired code can be sent subsequent to the expiry date. Code was sent on 02.11.2017 with old expiry date but the communication contained a future expiry date. This came to light when i used the code.

                                I am girija and i have booked a ticket in ixigo on 18 october 2017 from vizag to hyderabad with pnr number bbtdsz but after that i exchanged source and destination and booked another ticket from hyderabad to vizag on same day after cancelling the previous ticket, indigo has already processed the refund but ixigo did not send me further. It was booked on 18 th october and the second ticket was booked after consulting the indigo airlines who actually processed the ticket.

                                    My ixigo trip id is prl04ttxhyk
                                    Pnr - cbg3ym

                                    I have cancelled the tickets almost 20 days back and the refund has not been credited yet. I spoke to indigo and to my surprise indigo has already credited the amount to ixigo within a week time, since indigo has reversed the amount back to ixigo, i dnt understand why ixigo is taking such long to process the refund. Its the worst company i have ever dealt with... Perhaps the last time. Please explain.

                                    Early action on the same is solicited.

The refund could not be processed earlier as the flight was cancelled directly via airline & you did not claim the amount from your service provider (Sasti Ticket).
