its very bad experience for bus journey and I have booked one bus form Bangalore to chittoor that ticket rates 2010rs and bus facility is very poor and not pick proper places and not dropped proper places

The amount of got deducted and booking got confirmed automatically without pressing confirm/pay button .

I was shocked to see such strange behaviour of ixigo app.May be the app has bug or it got crashed as it automatically redirect and booking got confirmed.

I got angry but helpless.The bus authority lacks technical knowledge about app crashes, bug etc. So no point of describing to them although I requested them to cancel booking and return my money at the earliest.

So, I request you to consider the fact and try to fix the app so that such problem never arise again in future.

Also please do the needful to arrange return of my money paid as I was about to change the bus according to my preferred timing if this technical error never happened to me or as I couldn't avail the service due to the problem.

    Dear sir
    Yesterday i booked ticket from hyderabad to ahmedabad (Departure date 10/11/2017 flight sg 512) between (11 to 11:30 pm) from ixigo application through clear trip portal my money was deducted from bank account though i don't get confirmation of ticket. I also called spicejet airlines to cross check this confirmation but they said that there is no booking from my name. Please look into this matter and suggest whether i booked another ticket?

      I have booked an air ticket from banagalore to mangalore for 29th november 2017 (Flight 6e902) for my son mr. Satya rashmit durugu yesterday and made the payment through net banking. After the payment was cleared from bank, i did not get any confirmation of ticket neither on the screen nor email id or the mobile number.
      Today i checked with my bank and they confirmed that the payment has been made.
      We are unable to reach their customer care.

      We are shocked to note that despite receiving the payment no confirmation has been given on my booking till now. We need the confirmation of booking or refund of my money.

        Yesterday, i have booked a ticket from chennai to muscat in ixigo app via cleartrip portal (Journey date 07.15 am on 03.12.2017.)

        But as i made transaction money deducted from my bank account but i didn't get a ticket (As the booking is not shown in my trips page).

        I have been trying to contact ixigo for past 15 hours. Ixigo is not getting back and not even replying to my email.

          I have been trying to contact ixigo for past 15 hours. Ixigo is not getting back and not even replying to my email.

          I have confirmed this from the phonepe helpline that the transaction was successful. Kindly return my money and don't fraud the people around by not replying. The customer care number given is useless.

            Dear sir,
            I had booked a flight ticket today (10.10.2017) on the name of b s srinivasu, from kolkata to visakhapatnam for 13.11.2017 on sg 3471 flight through the ixigo app but the ticket was not booked and payment of rs.2, 493/- was deducted from my credit card.
            I had also shared my booking concern to the [protected]@ixigo.com and [protected]@ixigo.com and [protected]@ixigo.com.
            But no response was received from the supporting team till now.

                I am pankaj kumar, i had tried to book a flight ticket between patna to dibrugarh on 30 sept, 2017 at 01:32 pm, but as i made transaction 13, 788 rs. Deducted from my credit card account but i didn't get a ticket (As the booking is not shown in my trips page). So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 5 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that if i wouldn't get money back. Then i have to look towards consumer forum.                 I tried booking my flight ticket from bbi to hyd..money deducted ..got cashback but no details of my ticket..so shall i consider it to be booked or not??
                Will you guys just resolve the issue so that if its not booked atleast i can book another ticket!!!
                I have booked Bombay to Cochin AI 681 flight on 19 Jan 2018 thru ixigo. Now I want to cancel the same and claim refund . However I am unable to see any options to cancel the same in ixigo app. Request your help in the matter as early as possible.

                  I booked two tickets of flight on ixigo website from pune to chennai and a single return ticket of 2233 rupees from chennai to pune.
                  The ixigo app and website is not showing that ticket in my trips page. Even the pnr which i get it says in valid.
                  More over the amount of rupees 2233 is deducted twice from my bank account at the same time.
                  As the booking is not shown in my trips page, i cant quote that transaction for complaint. Even when i complained it, i didn't get any type of response. I am totally clueless. I am planning to go for consumer forum and cyber crime cell of maharashtra police.

                            I've been leaving complaints on official sites and forums. I've booked tickes from ixigo.com from mumbai to mangalore for september 14th. However, i've not received any confirmation of flight or any flight details. I got a reply from razorpay payment portal confirming successful payment and money has been deducted from my account as well. I require an explaination of the same within 12 hr. Its very important for me to have that flight booking. Its really tiresome to pursue so much to get simple customer service out of you guys.

                                I have not received my refund for pnr : UYGYWC. The flight is on date 17 August and got cancelled for "no show

                                    I have been using ixigo app for long time, whenever i open the app for flight booking the dates are showing for upcoming months instead of the recent days. So everytime i have to change month for bookin. On 19th aug 17 i booked 2 way tickets but instead of that my booking was done for 19 th sept 17. This is all due to the app. I have got serious loss of my money and i have to cancel and rebooked it again via ixigo. So ixigo team plz take this as serious issue and provide compensation or better solution for my problem.

The date showing in the app is according to your recent searches and as we had informed you, all your recent searches were done for September month. Your service provider Cleartrip had also waived off their cancellation fee for this booking. We seek your understanding in this regard.

                                      I have booked a ticket 8 th Aug 2017 Tuesday in using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but I have neither received ticket details via email or text message. Ticket was booked from Bangalore to Vijaywada. No confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to either send me the ticket or credit the cash back to my account.

                                        I booked a flight ticket in ixigo with pnr afrtgk.. The flight was rescheduled to unfavorable timing.. I was assured by indigo for cancellation with full refund..

                                        I have cancelled the tickets before a week and indigo says that therefund was credited to ixigo.. How can i get it back.. How long it will take.. How it will be given to me.. Please help me regarding this

                                        I booked a flight ticket in ixigo with PNR YZVXZ.. The flight was rescheduled by airline and I was assured by Air India for cancellation with full refund.
                                        I also got the message of full refund from airindia and sastiticket.

                                        Ixigo booked ticket via sastiticket.com and they said refund will be credited to ixigo.. How can i get it back.. How long it will take.. How it will be given to me.. Please help me regarding this
