      I booked a flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh on 10th Feb 2022. But due to change in plans, I canceled the tickets immediately. Ixigo mailed me that I am eligible for full refund and it will be credited to my account within 7 days. But it has been more than 15 days and there is no refund.

      The ixigo website still shows that the cancellation is pending. Their customer care have blocked my phone number.

      After putting up the complaint on this website, Ixigo replied to my complaint and informed me that refund may take up to 3-4 weeks to process. After 3 weeks, I got my refund in my bank account.
      Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hey, full refund request is already raised with the airline and refund settlements can take up to 3-4 weeks. The refund once received from the airline will be processed to the payment source. You can call us at[protected] at for more assistance.

        Hello Team,
        I had booked my flight for me and my wife from Ixigo site/app for 15th Feb from Raipur to - Pune .

        Due to some technical reason the flights were canclled and the airline had completely refunded the flight amount for both the tickets immediatley to Ixigo to inturn return it to me .

        I was told to wait for 7-10 working days max by Ixigo team for the amount to reflect in my bank account and yet Ixigo team has not refunded my amount .

        Email and calling on their customer care number does no help but just delaying for this process.

        Request you to please refund my amount for both flight canclled tickets ASAP .

        On the app it showed it was to be refunded by 11th Feb but still no refund in my account .

        Flight booking date : 28th Jan 2022
        Flight travel date : 15th Feb 2022
        Flight cancelled date : 8th Feb 2022
        PNR for both flights : XQC7XQ and EHSI8F

          Even after the above confirmation from ixigo, Now today is 24 Feb still the refund has not been credited to my source account.I did not expect this type of service from Ixigo.

            I have booked 3 tickets from bhandara to pune . But due to some reason i had to cancle it. The amount was then sent to Ixigo money max and then i transferred it to my bank account . But still the amount has not reflected on my bank account

              Even after the above confirmation from ixigo, still the refund has not been credited to my source account.
              There is no point on connecting with their Customer support as all are auto generated messages.
              I request my total refund on immediate basis by today.
              I did not expect this type of service and miscommunication from a company like Ixigo.

              ixigo booking id- IXITR[protected] &[protected]. As per ixigo chat support executive they are telling that the refund has been completed on 22.02.22, but till date the refund amount has not been credited to my source account. I have been doing online bookings & transactions for many months (so i know what is the max timeline period for any refund depending on the amount) and never has faced this refunding issue in case if i have cancelled any booking. I want my refund back my today.

                I booked my train tickets from gtl-new Delhi .Amount was deducted from bank account but ticket booking failed.The below picture shows ixigo has successfully credited but amount was not reflected.Awaiting for rapid response.

                  I had booked a ixigo assured flight ticket from Mumbai to kochi scheduled for 1-3-2022.Now i have a change of travel plan and have been trying to cancel the ticket since a week but it is not happening.It shows a message "Something went wrong .Try again later"
                  I had a chat with ixigo helpline about 4 days back where they told that they are initiating a cancellation from their end and it will happen within 72 hrs which has not happened .Further they told the refund would take 120 days which is absolutely wrong as ixigo assured promises a 7 day cashback

                    I booked a ticket from SC to RJT on 10th FEB from IXIGO but after 30Min I received a mail that ticket booking failed but after more than 11Days, I have not received my refund back.

                          Hey, the name is correct as per airline format. Both first and last names cannot have a single character for air tickets. In such cases, the last name initial which in this case is S is used with the first name, and the same is repeated in the last name field. Please ensure that the passenger ID proof has the same name as Sheela S. Also, please remove your PNR details from public platform to avoid any fraud/misuse of personal info.                               On 15th Nov, 2021, I had booked 3 tickets for Bangalore to Port Blair for 19th Feb, 2022. However, I had to cancel them on 4th Feb, 2022 due to vivid restrictions. I got an email from GoAir saying they have credited the full refund which is Rs 13, 473, but ixigo has credited only Rs 2170 after all deductions. I have attached the email from GoAir, the ticket details and the cancellation confirmation from ixigo. They customer care chat bot isn’t helpful either. Please help me.

                                Amount deducted but the ticket not booked

                                I booked a ticket from AMD to VNS on 9th FEB from IXIGO but after two hours I received a mail that ticket booking failed but after more than 40 hrs, I have not received my refund back.
                                I am attaching the details of payment done.
                                Kindly, resolve this matter ASAP as its already more than 40 hrs and refund my money....

                                  I booked a bus ticket for tomorrow that is 11/Feb/2022 of operator Highway Star Travels seat no 4. From Varanasi to Delhi. The amount has been received by ixigo but when I open my booking section it shows that I have no bookings. Please look into it asap. How will you guys refund me if I can't cancel the booking as its now being shown at all in the app nor have I received any ticket confirmation in mail or my number.
