I have booked tickets from piduguralla to Banglore few hours ago with ixigo. UPI transaction id is[protected]. Amount of 6488 has been deducted. But tickets are not booked. Please check into it.

Hey, we are unable to locate any details here. Refunds for failed bookings are automatically processed either to ixigo money max or payment source. If not already done, please reach out to us via www.ixigo.com/help

    I tried to book train bus ticket twice from ixigo of my journey Indore to Gwalior on 3 feb 2022, first payment time :- 11:25 am and second payment time :12:00 pm on 3 feb 2022.
    i received ixigo payment link on phonepay . i paid 650 twice .
    1200 rupees deducted from my account 650 each time i tried . but i never received any message or details of bus ticket any time.
    So please refund the full amount of rs 1200 asap.

      IXITR[protected] my trip is I cannot get my money back after payment failed help me with it
      Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Hey, the booking was failed and the amount was auto refunded dated 25th January with bank ARN[protected].

        Hi,
        My name is Nippuleti Aiswarya. I have booked an indigo airline ticket from your website dated 22 Jan 2022(PNR HHYCCY), from Hyderabad to Guwahati.
        I rescheduled the flight to 29 April 2022 before 72 hours as per indigo guidelines which state that rescheduling fee will be waived off if rescheduled 72 hours before flight date. (Booking id: IF[protected] and flight number: 6E6294-6E5031)
        I got a confirmation call from the team who demanded extra 3000/- as rescheduling fee even though I raised a reschedule request and already paid my additional flight fare before 78 hours 45 mins before my flight due date.
        I stated my rights that since I have placed a rescheduling before the 72 hour window, I wouldn't and shouldn't have to pay the extra rescheduling fee. And that Ixigo was in the wrong to lazily call 16 hours after I rescheduled for confirmation, and on top of that to unfairly add the 3000/- rescheduling charge.
        Your support operator took that to mean that I want to cancel my rescheduling date and continue with my current booking. And promptly rejected my rescheduled booking.

        I have attached screenshots which prove I have followed indigo airline guidelines and have tried to reschedule before 72 hours of the booking date.

        This is sheer negligence and irresponsibility on behalf of your team. They subjected me to such a predicament. I either expect the full flight fare refund or a reschedule to my desired date and flight.

        Hey, we can see that the reissue request was raised near to the free rescheduling timeline i.e 72 hours of departure due to which the ticket could not be rescheduled with collected charges and normal penalties within the 72 hours window was applicable. We regret any inconvenience caused.

          This is regarding my indigo flight reschedule PNR: WJYDNV.

          I have sent a reschedule request to Ixigo on 13th January, 2022 and paid Rs.1240 fare difference to change the flying date to 16th March, 2022. my original flight date is 17th January, 2022. This is because of the pandemic as I delayed my travelling schedule.

          Since reschedule is free from indigo for all the flights booked till 31st Jan. I wanted to take this option and therefore asked ixigo to reschedule. Ixigo has also sent an acknowledgment for the same which is attached below.

          Even after 24hrs passed Ixigo didn't send me updated E-ticket nor they updated me the status. whenever I called there customer care. They asked me to wait for 2hrs but no response.

          when I lost the free reschedule period by indigo which is 72hrs in advance from the original flight timings, I have recieved the mail from Ixigo saying it was not processed and they will refund the money. New reschedule request is not free as 48hrs are left to my original flight.

          On contacting indigo airline I came to know Ixigo has not forwarded my reschedule request on time due to which fare difference occured.

            I had to cancel the ticket and i got refund in ixigo max but there's no option to transfer it in my upi account as there's mentioned that my money will be 100% returned into my bank account.
            Even my upi id is showing as invalid even its absolutely correct. Please resolve this issue and tranfer my money to my upi account.

              I raised a reschedule request for my flight trip dated 25 Jan after I had received WhatsApp message that I can reschedule by paying some applicable charges. I put the request and made payment and got message on Ixigo chat that i will get response in 2 hours.
              I have not received any response and it is 3/4 days now and neither any confirmation whether the reschedule request has been serviced.

                I have booked a round trip from new delhi to patna under ixigo assured.
                I have paid a total amount of Rs. 6585 and as per cancellation policy I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 5587 .

                But I today I got a msg from from ixigo that a of refund of Rs. 1224 has been initiated.

                I am attaching the screenshot of the price breakup.

                Kindly look into the matter and generate a refund as per cancellation policy.

                  I placed a reschedule request for my flight trip dated 25 Jan and I have made payment. But it seems no action till now.
                  I raised the request 3 days back when I got WhatsApp message from Ixigo that I can reschedule.
                  They mentioned that I will be receiving confirmation in 2 hrs. They are not responding and even not confirming if trip is rescheduled successfully.

                    Hi, i, ve tried to pre-pone my flight ticket in ixigo, where i recived a mail that conformation will be provided in two hours ( under subjected to availability of tickets- as i checked they are available for the air lines i'm looking for).\

                    Waited for a day and haven got any response. tried to get in contact, got into chat, ended up with a dumb chat bot.

                    I live in a place with out network for normal calls. so cant reach for any hlepline number.

                    started looking for costomer care mail id in their site and app "NO Where" availabe.

                    my flight prices for the date i want are double now. What are the options for me to resolve this issue.

                      There is a trip which I have booked on ixigo from Del-Mum for Dec 12. ARN is 74332742012201150981117. Booking ID IF[protected].
                      Flight IndiGo 6E 6202. This flight got cancelled by IndiGo and they have refunded Rs 9863 to ixigo on Dec - 1 - 2021. I have called customer care yesterday as the refund didn't reach me. They have cancelled the booking on ixigo site but they are deducting money and charging me Cancellation Fee of Rs 7600.
                      I have paid total Rs 11078 at the time of booking.
                      Could someone please look at this on priority and refund me Rs 9342 which was processed by Indigo as they have cancelled the flight.

                          Had already cancelled by flight bookimg three days prior to the flihht date, durectly with the airlines. I was not aware that I need to cancel with Ixigo too. It was nowhere mentioned that I need to cancel in both sites.

                          It was also not mentioned anywhere that Indigo had cancelled one of the flighys booked in ixigo. No message or email was sent by ixigo regarding the flight cancellation by the aorlines whatsoever.

                          However, this compaint is regarding the unfair cancellation charges levied on me during these horrible circumstances. While cancelling with Indigo, the refund amount shown waz Rs. 1024, as can be seen in the screenshoy attached. But when cancelled with Ixigo, I was refunded a mere Rs. 24. I request you to refund me tge airline promised amount.

                            I booked my bus ticket but after payment with Google pay to le travenues technologies pvt limited(₹650)there is no record of my booking even I called the bus agency they said that there is no booking of that name or number. I requested ixigo to please refund my money.

                              I wanted to cancel my train tickets but from 2 days i am trying to relaod my ixigo app and the status of booking but whatever i try to do the app shows “ApiFailError Text”
                              If I try to use another mobile phone to log in to my account, it does not log me in instead shows the same error

                                  I received the message from ixigo regarding the cancelled ticket refund amount

                                  Hitesh, your train booking for Hitesh, with pnr: [protected] & booking id: ixitr[protected] has been cancelled.
                                  Refund of rs.180 has been initiated. It should reflect in your account within 2 days depending on your bank procedure.

                                  But amount not refunded to my bank account. Kindly do the needful.

                                    As per company policy I'm eligible for refund before 19:40 PM. if I'm cancelling my ticket before 19:40 pm then cancellation charges will be deducted Rs. 387. but they're not showing any refunds amount for PNR number [protected].
