Train Cancel but not refunded yet

Address:Chhend Colony, Phase-1, Plot No-E/133, Rourkela, Odisha, Sundergarh, Pin-769015.

My train was canceled by IRCTC on 22nd December. And IRCTC had also confirmed that the train has been completely canceled but Neither IXIGO is returning my money. And they say that IRCTC is not giving them money. So it became like a disturbing thing. If the train has already been cancelled, then why are IRCTC and Ixigo withholding my money. And telling me the rules....

Money Refund for failed booking

On 23rd December I have booked a train ticket (12839- HWH MAS SUF express), but the booking was failed. In the query section of the app the ixigo authority assured that I would get my money back on 24th December. But till now I have not got my refund, and as far as I can see in the app they have not even processed the whole matter. I want 2168 rupees back as early as possible ....

As per our records, your refund against the BOOKING ID: IXITR[protected], refund has not been received.

And if generated from your end, I would need ARN No for the same !...

Wrongfully charged for Ixigo Assured

I have booked a train ticket from Pune to Ludhiana and was wrongfully charged for the ixigo assured for free cancellation despite of me not choosing the free cancellation. (Screenshot of the booking and payment details attached)

I want the customer service to refund the amount of Rs 664 which was the ixigo assured fee as I do not want it and have been wrongfully charged for the same.

I have been constantly trying...

Please dont make a fraud by not booking the tickets of customers and waste their time and hard earned money....

Refund issued

Sir i regret to inform you that i transfer my money from ixigo max account to my bank account but it not come yet to my account
ixigo conform me that refund was transferred successfully but i not yet come to my account...

Refunded money

I booked my ticket on 22/12/21.
That was of amount ₹743 but by mistake I refresh that page during booking so it got cancelled but my money was paid to company.
And after investing I got to know that my money was in ixigo money. Where there was a option that showing you can transfer your money to your account, so I clicked on that, after that a notification flashed that is saying your money has been transferred to your account,...

I booked a train ticket of 25 december evening and the money was deducted from my account but the booking was not succesful and they told me they will refund my money and 48 hours have passed but no money has been credited to my account . Pls help as i desperately need my money back it was almost close to a 1000 rupees for 2 tickets....

Money deducted but ticket didn't confirmed

I have booked a bus ticket from athani to pune on Dec 26th 2021 10:05 am to 5:00 am
Booked ticket on December 18 Dec 2021 th the amount was paid through upi payment, payment is successful of INR 1815 but the ticket was not confirmed. I am unable to contact any customer service too. Please resolve this...

Rs.6167.03 from googlepay.
The ticket was cancelled on 20-10-21 and IRCTC refunded Rs.5670.00on 23-10-21, but amount is neither received in account or not showing in ixigo money account,...

Ticket not booked, money debited

I am complaining about ixigo bus booking

I booked a bus ticket in A1 travels on 15/12/21. from Coimbatore to marthandam on date 21/12/21. After selecting seat and putting passenger details Money deducted from my account. But ticket not booked. Now in ixigo app shows no previous booking.

First time using, will not use again. I thought its smooth and streamlined, but it seems it's ongoing for customer who uses this service.
Booked flight but no booking confirmed yet.
Always same message wait for 2 hours..
I won't recommend it....

Refund amount coming home
