I will ooked a train ticket of 25 December evening and the money was deducted from my account but the booking was not successful and they told me they will refund my money and 48 hours have passed but no money has been credited to my account .Pleas help as i desperately need my money back it was almost close to a 2094rupees for 3 tickets..Please Refunded as soos as possible

    Dear Sir I have book my ticket from delhi cantt to marwar junction on 31-12-21 but due to some circumstance train has cancelled so we applied for ticket cancellation ...while we were cancelling the ticket if showing us our refund amount after deduction of irctc fee and we agreed for it but after cancellation it showing no refund would credit to account ..why if there were not refunding the amount they have to say to us before cancel of ticket not after cancellation and i have all the proof while we were cancelling the ticket even we were not able to file TDR also ... WE tried to contact the customer care but both email id and number were showing not in use this is disgusting

    i request to please look into the query and solve my issue its not the money matter its about before cancel of ticket they say something and after cancel they say something now we need our refund

        My train was canceled by IRCTC on 22nd December. And IRCTC had also confirmed that the train has been completely canceled but Neither IXIGO is returning my money. And they say that IRCTC is not giving them money. So it became like a disturbing thing. If the train has already been cancelled, then why are IRCTC and Ixigo withholding my money. And telling me the rules.

          On 23rd December I have booked a train ticket (12839- HWH MAS SUF express), but the booking was failed. In the query section of the app the ixigo authority assured that I would get my money back on 24th December. But till now I have not got my refund, and as far as I can see in the app they have not even processed the whole matter. I want 2168 rupees back as early as possible .

              I have booked a train ticket from Pune to Ludhiana and was wrongfully charged for the ixigo assured for free cancellation despite of me not choosing the free cancellation. (Screenshot of the booking and payment details attached)

              I want the customer service to refund the amount of Rs 664 which was the ixigo assured fee as I do not want it and have been wrongfully charged for the same.

              I have been constantly trying to reach out to them but the chat bot does not connect to a customer service officer and also their customer care number does not connect to anyone with whom I can speak on the matter

              I have been using ixigo for a long time now for booking tickets and if they do not co-operate to refund the amount wrongfully charged then I'll have to stop using their services

              I found an email ID of Ixigo but it is not operational and their customer care number also doesn't connect to any customer service agent. There is also no response from their side yet on this complaint posted.
              Please try to make my grievance reach the ixigo executives

                Kindly check the status and book the ticket or else get back my refund so that i can book my ticket from other source.
                Please dont make a fraud by not booking the tickets of customers and waste their time and hard earned money.

                    I booked my ticket on 22/12/21.
                    That was of amount ₹743 but by mistake I refresh that page during booking so it got cancelled but my money was paid to company.
                    And after investing I got to know that my money was in ixigo money. Where there was a option that showing you can transfer your money to your account, so I clicked on that, after that a notification flashed that is saying your money has been transferred to your account, but till now i didn't receive my money.

                          I have booked a bus ticket from athani to pune on Dec 26th 2021 10:05 am to 5:00 am
                          Booked ticket on December 18 Dec 2021 th the amount was paid through upi payment, payment is successful of INR 1815 but the ticket was not confirmed. I am unable to contact any customer service too. Please resolve this

                              Rs.6167.03 from googlepay.
                              The ticket was cancelled on 20-10-21 and IRCTC refunded Rs.5670.00on 23-10-21, but amount is neither received in account or not showing in ixigo money account,
