I would like to inform you that I have made a ticket by Ixigo App through my irctc id: rkckarian on 22/10/2021 and by mistake I have changed my boarding station from DBG to GDA Junction on same day within 30 mint, now I am not able to travel from DBG station, therefore I want to cancel this ticket but i am seeing that the refund amount showing zero here in the Ixigo App, So I would request you please cancel this ticket right now from your side and help me to get my refundable amount in my Account, Thank you!!
