Refund has initiated but money has not transferred to my bank account
I have transferred the money into my bank account but it has been reversed due to ixigo money transfer failure but I can't see any money in my ixigo money wallet or bank account

I booked a ticket in tatqal which was in waiting list so i cancelled the ticket .
As per ixigo status - money has been refunded but its not yet received in my bank account .

I have booked a ticket from Bijapur to pune on Dec 7th 21:00 pm to 4:00 am
Booked ticket on December 4th the amount was paid through you payment, payment is successful of INR 1002 but the ticket was not confirmed and failed. But there are no status of the failed ticket available on the app and I m unable to contact any customer service too. Please resolve this

I have got the refund back.. but be aware of the frauds trying to take your money. I got a call from someone naming ixigo customer service and trying to transfer money from my account.
Don't give any otp and links from your messages.
But for sure u will get your money back in 2 to 3 hours if complaint raised.

I was trying to book a train ticket.. But after the payment was done it was showing that the booking failed.. And the amount was alreadt deducted from my account.. This happened 2 times and i still haven't received a refund for the 2 failed bookings

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and Paytm UPI for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo but in Paytm bank statement its showing "transaction with ixigo was successful". Debited amount - 1670, date and time :24 nov 2021, 03:40 pm. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1670 asap.

I received the message from ixigo that my refund initiated on 30 Nov and Rs 1, 019 has been credited to my bank account on 30 Nov 2021 but I haven't received yet. Please do check and let me know as soon as possible.

So, after getting this message I got confused and Booked again the same tickets. And finally I got 4 Confirmed A/C Tickets.
May I know why have you sent wrong information to me? and I got misguided.

Worst experience!!! NO any customer service 12/11/21 booked my FIRST flight tickets it's was re scheduled i was missing at time SECOND time tickets not confirmed amount debited in account THIRD time confirmed and flying total amounts of extras 76091 how much i get refunds

It is very shameful to know that such reputed apps can do such mistakes. My transaction was done but the booking was not confirmed. As I was booking tickets for 1people the amount was quite large. If i don't get quick response i will be forced to take further actions as i have seen people complaining about the refund not being done even after 2 months.
