I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

I booked ticket on January 22 2021

I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

    I was booking my tickets for train 02367 BGP-ANVT for 8th March. The amount was deducted from Phone pe account but the app stopped working and it was regularly showing try again try again. I couldn't even put my password. When i tried looking for ticket there is no pnr status for that. I want refund for that. It is not even available in my transactions history. I m attaching transaction id. Please try to solve this matter as soon as possible.

      I was trying to book train ticket of IRCTC for date of 20 Jan 2021. I paid the ticket money by phone pe of amount 3624. Money get detected but nothing is visible on ixigo app. While on phone Pe it's showing money transfer to ixigo. I have attached the screenshot of phone pe. Please look into the issue.         Not received partial refund

        On 25.12.2020 I Sumen Mondal booked two airline tickets of Airasia from chennai to Mumbai and I altogether paid Rs.9778 but due to the sever health condition of my father on 23.12.2020 I cancelled the ticket and the ixigo customer care assured me that I will receive the refund within 15 days, and on 17.01.2021 I called the ixigo customer care and the stated me that my ticket is nonrefundable also I received the mail for the same.

                    Money deducted but no ticket was booked

                    I tried to book a ticket from Howrah Junction to Cuttack, The bill was of 601 for 2 person, 20rs was discount by ixigo money, So I paid Rs.581 through Amazon Pay.Money gote deducted but ticket was not booked.Please kindly see into this matter and either refund the money ASAP or book the ticket and send the confirmation message to me.I have attached the Amazon pay transaction I'd screenshot for reference....

                                We have booked a ticket on 9-1-21 which was suppose to fly on 12-1-21 with PNR number ND4TNG. Our flight got cancelled from the end of airline, the money got refunded from the end of airline. When will you credit our amount in our bank account.

                                As per the airline, the passenger has already opted for move flight option(rescheduling) for DEL-SXR and partial refund for IXB-DEL is already in process from the airline.

                                The refund as applicable will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation

                                  We booked a ticket from Bagdogra to Srinagar on 9-1-21 with a PNR number ND4TNG.Our flight got cancelled through airline which was suppose to fly on 12-1-21.Full refund has been initiated from the airline, when will the amount get credited from your end to our account.
