Money paid but did not get the ticket

My self ronak sharmaa on 6 jan 2021 i was booking my flight tickets from Mumbai to bhuneshwar of 6th jan bt at the timee of booking moneyy is deducted bt then the app started showing error pls try again and then the app get closed i was booking flight ticket with indigo through ixigo app
Please givee my money backk...

At first the transaction failed,
Tried again from start
Transaction successful, money deducted but no confirmation and I was redirected to the booking home page. The app doesn't show any payment processed.

Money deducted and tickets not booked

I have booked 2 tickets through Ixigo nagpur to pune for 7/1/2020 money has been deducted from bhim and tickets has not been issued yet. Didn't even found any costomer care number on app and website so i request you to please refund back the money....

I booked two tickets from jaipur to sikar on 25 dec 2020 .my payment is debited but I have not received any ticket and my payment is also not refund me . I tried more to talk with customers team but didn't get....

Money deducted but didnt booked my train ticket. I want money refund.

Dear Ixigo team,

I have booked Train ticket from Tirupati to Raichur for 1st Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd (Ixigo.[protected]@Indus)".

Not getting the confirmation of tickets

I booked my two tickets on 2nd of January, 2021 on 1:51 P.M, amount of 376. The issue is that I didn't receive my ticket till now and the amount was deducted from my account by that time only. Kindly look into this matter.

By Indigo airlines but money got debited from my bank account and didn't get ticket.
