I booked a flight ticket using ixigo app and the transection was made through PhonePe. The transection was successful (paid Re. 7002/-). But I got no confirmation of the ticket what so ever neither through SMS or email. Need this problem resolved ASAP.

Before any action was taken regarding my complaint, my transection amount was credited back in my account within 4hrs. I did received a mail from Ixigo stating my complaint has been forwarded to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd. India. After 15hrs.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My fully refundable assured tickets booking ID:IF[protected], FLIGHT INDIGO 6E-6343, FROM AMD-BOM-GOI, Dtd:19/12/20, i was cancelled above tickets, I have received refund only Re.871/-, as per ixigo commitment my fully refundable assured amount is Re.11830/-... last 4-5 days I daily contac ed to Ixigo, insurance company & indigo flight by chatting but no any response, here I have submitted flights tickets copy, ixigo massage of cancellation & refund, please do needful as soon as possible

    I did a booking on ixigo train. My money deducted from Paytm account but Ixigo booking not happened. Also that tripbis not reflecting in my booking history.

          My train ticket cancelled money not refundable

          Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. The refund was initiated but the transaction was reversed by the bank due to some issue.

          We have raised a manual refund request and you will receive a refund within 7-10 days via a payout link. Request you to please update your bank details to the link once received.

            Respected sir/madam,
            My booking for date- 08/12/2020 for train no. 01016 Kushinagar SPL, was failed, I did not recieve the ticket. But money was deducted from my account.
            And still I did not recieve message for my ticket.

              i am anurag parashar and i booked 2 tickets from ixigo app from mathura junction to hazrat nizamuddin new delhi in Nzm Festival Spl and train number - 02447. the money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked . i am also attaching the screenshot of the upi app. please help me as soon as possible.

                I have booked a flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Chennai on 19th Dec and the payment was done from my Gpay app for Rs.5990. The amount got debited and I have not received the ticket till now and not showing in the ixigo app.

                  I had booked a train ticket from Shakurbasti to Basti on 14 Jan 2020.

                  But due to covid conditions, it was cancelled. In the screenshot below, refund for this was initiated on 13 Aug 2020 which is showing failure in ixigo app but from ixigo customer service I got a screenshot which is showing success. Still I have not received my refund.

                  Kindly do the needful for my refund.

                        Balance-due to covid cancellation

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I have booked ticket through IXIGO to spicejet through their online portal portal ixigo.com, with the following booking ID details.

                        IXIGO Booking ID IF[protected]:
                        Date of booking 19th Sep 2020 Airline PNR number Z7QGPY Airline Spicejet. Amount paid Rs 8067
                        Due to COVID 19 airlines have cancelled their flight I have requested spicejet to refund the amount, which they have did it....

                          I tried booking ticket and it sent me to payment gateway where I was paying through UPI app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. But even in failed transaction history I can't see any of the failed transaction. Kindly refund the amount asap.

                                I had booked the railway ticket but it was failed because seats were not available.                                       I booked 3 tickets through ixigo app on 11 November for 1st Dec 2020 from new delhi to panvel. On 24th November i received a text msg from irctc that train is cancelled due to some inconvenience. I contacted railway inquiry at 139 asking why i haven't received my refund yet they told me that train has not been cancelled but diverted.Also ixigo app was continuously showing that TRAIN IS CANCELLED in red block letters.

                                      So as it is of ixigo's fault that i didn't receive any massage containing that train has been restored..& i missed my journey.. i kindly request you to please refund my ticket amount 7982 rs as soon as possible.

                                      I submitted my complaint through this portal before too..but no response has come from ixigo till now..i emailed them about my complaint..i hired advocate & drafted notice..now i am also preparing to sue your company as my last option for harassing me & not responding effectively & for missing my important journey.
