I booked a flight ticket using ixigo app and the transection was made through PhonePe. The transection was successful (paid Re. 7002/-). But I got no confirmation of the ticket what so ever neither through SMS or email. Need this problem resolved ASAP.

Complaint marked as Resolved Before any action was taken regarding my complaint, my transection amount was credited back in my account within 4hrs.
I did received a mail from Ixigo stating my complaint has been forwarded to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd. India. After 15hrs.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount should be auto refunded if the booking was failed. Please wait for 5-7 days. If the amount does not reflect then please contact us via www.ixigo.com/help.
