I tried to book a ticket from patna to bengaluru (go air G8 273). Flight timing - 5th december 2020, 11.50 am. I used gpay for payment. Amount of Rs 9586 got debited from my account but ticket was not booked....

Refund not received(PNR 8533201272)

My PNR number is [protected] it's not confirmed after prepared chart but still neither I received any refund mail or message from.ixigo nor received any refund amount in my account
I'm worries for my money.

Didn't receive my refund on older UPI

Dear sir/ma'am,
I booked a train ticket(Rajkot to Bhusaval, 5 Nov, PNR-[protected]) and canceled, ixigo chat and msg said the amount is already refunded on 26th November through my UPI, but my older UPI([protected]@gmail.com) is not working since 25th November because of Dena bank merged into Bank of Baroda, so how the refund is done from your side, Can you please check again I want to change my UPI with [protected]@gmail.com....

I m waiting for refund for long time.
But refund is not transferred in my account.
I have checked bank statement also.

Transaction failed but Money not refunded

My transaction was failed because my IRCTC ID was not valid. My money was deducted but it is still not refunded. Amount was four thousand rupees around.it was booked from ixigo account whose phone number is [protected]. Sir please solve this problem as soon as possible. You can call on this number....

Money debited for failed transaction

I tried to book train ticket from IXIGO app, the amount is debited from the account, however the ticket did not get booked. Besides the transaction is not shown in the app. I tried to reach the customer care via different channels but in Vain.

I have booked a flight from Delhi to Bhopal(Indigo 6E 2053) for the date 25nov, during the payment process got an error message, but money was deducted from my account and there is no confirmation on it from your side whether it was confirmed or failed.

On 18 Nov 20 I had booked one railway ticket by 12075 janastapti exp from kozhikode to ernakulam jn. Accordingly I had paid rs 146 through phonepe ad cost including your commission charge. Immediately after paying money your app says time over and the ticket not booked. After that you have not returned my money through phonepe app. Pl return my money without further delay....

Overload passengers

No safety and precautions of covid-19 spread. passengers are facing problems and bus is not clean. Passengers are overloaded and i am not getting any comfortable sitting space. Worst service i have ever got.....

I am Shaik Asif, sir I'm tried to book the 4 tickets from JHANSI JN to KHAMMAM (KMT), for journey date 26/11/2020 via ixigo trains app and select the PHONE PE as a payment option, the amount for the 4 tickets is Rs.6307/- and successfully paid through the PHONE PE as shown in the screenshot after returning to ixigo app it shows an error as shown in the screenshot, sir please help me, sir, I'm in hungry refund my amount....
