I booked a flight with Air India via ixigo with PNR no.- JP23D (Delhi to Bangalore, travel date: 30th March 2020). Obviously due to COVID, I was unable to travel. Now, since the past 3-4 months, I have been chasing them for my refund (DGCA guidelines says that airlines have to refund the money to their customers, and since I made the booking through ixigo, Air India will refund the money to ixigo and then ixigo should refund the money to me).
I spoke to Air India regarding the refund status in September 2020. They stated that they have already refunded the money to ixigo and since then, ixigo is yet to refund my money.
