On Dated 28th July my flight cancelled new Delhi to Jaipur but my ticket refund not approved till now please clarify to me when I got my fund and why it was not done till now. and also cancellation confirmation given by indian airlines.

      I bought two indigo flight tickets from kumbhigram to gauhati & gauhati to new delhi journey date was 26/3/2020. Pnr no khwtvp. Flight was cancelled for lockdown. Still today i hv not received my refund fare. Otherwise my return ticket 7/4/2020 new delhi to dibrugarh by irctc refund fully tomorrow. Why not ixigo?

          Bc tumari maa ki chut badve log ho tum log paisa cut jata hai tum log paisa return nahi de raha hai phone karo to phone ka reply nahi aata hai... phone ko utataney mey taklip hoti hai na tum logo ko... payment bej mujhe mera 1650 rs train booking ticket ka nahi to tumari maa ki chut gaand mar duga tumari company ki badvey log co founder, rajnish jaldi say nera paisa return kar you are fraud..

            I like to complain against ixigo for not refunding full amount as booked for flight from surat to goa to surat on dated[protected] for period[protected] to[protected]. Indigo has cancelled my ticket due to covid-19 but ixigo has refunded back amount till[protected]. Then after, ixigo ask me to cancel my ticket through their app and i did accordingly but they paid refund amount of rs. 5869/- against ticket booked amount of rs. 6938/-. They had deducted total amount of rs. 1069/- which includes 600 cancellation charges and 469 convenience fees. My complaint is like
            1) 600 cancellations charges should not be levied as flight has been cancelled due to covid-19.
            2) convenience fees shouldn’t levied as flight has been cancelled due to covid-19.

            Kindly look into this matter and resolve my query as earliest

              Today I was ticketing from Ghaziabad to Lucknow from Lucknow Mail (02230). 331 Rupees deducted from my account as ticket fare but my ticket booking was not completed nor did I get my money back.

                  Sir i was completing the process of booking rail ticket... Amount deducted from account but but... At last step of booking process... It became failed...                     payment done - details not showing - ticket not booked

                    As i have given my upi address and i got payment request in my google pay. I've made the transaction. But after coming back to the ixigo app, there's no page showing my booking or my payment status or anything like that. So what's with this now?? I should atleast show either ticket is booked or not? So where's my money gone? What kinda service is this??...

                                    TDR been filed on 03/07/2019 refund has been made by IRCTC on 03/08/2019 but refund amount is not yet credited to bank.

                                    I have messaged in this regard in IXIGO app but issue not resolved till today
                                    Further there is no support service to talk with help desk except have to chat with autochatbox where queries are not getting resolved

                                    I have mailed to IRCTC help desk but they are replying that amount is refunded so now the issue is with the service provider agent ie., ixigo through which ticket was booked

                                      I booked a ticket via ixigo in January 2020 and the flight was cancelled. But still ixigo's system showed that i travelled by that ticket. Its been 8 months and they are just making excuses. Its been 8 months and they are still waiting for airline to confirm my refund. My 6500 is stuck for 8 months and they are paying no heed. Everytime when i ask for my refund status they aak for more time. Its their duty to get the confirmation from airline as soon as possible. I will attach some Twitter chat pics. I am a middle class maths teacher and 6500 means a lot to me. Ixigo is just delaying it by making excuses of airline confirmation.

                                      We do not control the airline timelines and have raised the request following the prcoedure shared by the airline. We would be glad to process the refund once it is approved.

                                      My ticket was cancelled in January and its your duty to finish with all these formalities (RA etc) as soon as ticket got cancelled. It was very sad to saw that i was the one who notified you about your app's bug about not updating my cancelled ticket. Your app was still showing that i have completed my journey. Your customer executive was not aware of my cancelled ticket. I was the one who made him update the system about the cancelled flight. Now its september and you are still making excuses. In your mail you said that my query will be closed by 15 september and now your customer executive (on twitter) is asking for some more time.
                                      I have also sent a picture on your Twitter handle which clears that airline has initiated my refund from their side.
                                      I am attaching the same for the reference of higher authorities here if they read my complaint
