To refund me the amount deducted from the account due to ticket booking failure date 25-12-2019 - I HAVE CONTACT IRCTC FOR THIS ISSUE

Booked a guna ticket from bilaspur via ixigo app on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. I got the message of transaction failure stating that the amount deducted from your account will be deposited in your account in 3 days.

I booked the ticket again and again the failure failed and again rs. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. And the message was received...

Tickets not received but money debited from bank

I am sudhir mandavkar, i was booking flight tickets 2 from mumbai to baghdogra yesterday. I have received payment success sms from my bank of 11876.00. Money was debitted but i didnt received tickets yet. This is first time happen with me, please help. Mob - [protected] / [protected]

Sir, i have booked a ticket on 29/06/2020 at 9:21am of amount 3618 has been deducted but no ticket has been generated through paytm upi transation with my [protected] mobile number and same paytm number and my email id [protected]@gmail.com. transaction related to flight booking

I'm booking in your ixigo apps for flight booking and transection is successful. But, i don't have pnr and any flight details provided and amount debited in my account.

I paid amount via Bhim app, but after sucessful payment,
ixigo app didnt re-direct to booking page ..
it shows error try again

now when i tring to book its auto connects me to bhim app payment page
but i already paid for it...

Amount debited while railway booking and ticket was not booked

Hello sir/mam i have booked railway ticketing ixigo app two time and both the time amount was debited from my account and ticket was not booked both the time. Both the time I use google pay for transaction and amount successfully debited from my account and at last step that is login password page does not show and error msg display on my mobile screen.

Ixigo - refund of cancelled ticket(IF2006277295995)

Dear ixigo,

I have booked one flight ticket and that has been cancelled by the airline(AirAsia).
Once I received the flight cancellation mail and call then I have cancelled my ticket through your ixigo portal.

Till date I have not received my refund or cancellation confirmation.

I have tried to contact Ixigo service desk through their portal and received fake call and i didn't see any...

flight ticket refund initiated by indigo airline but not credited to my account by ixigo

I booked a flight with booking id-if[protected]. The airline shows a refund of 4887rs, but i have not got the refund yet. I tried contacting their customer care by all means but they are not responding. I contacted the airlines too, they said that they have issued refund from their side and now it's booking agency responsibility to return the money in the source account. Please look into it and refund the money. Relevant proofs are attached....
