If at all, the merchant denies the receipt of the same, we recommend you to contact your bank and raise a chargeback by providing transaction details that include, p1909020046049885595367 and the date and time of the payment done along with the utr. (This will be displayed in your bank statement.)

Also note that a chargeback must be raised with your bank within 60 daysfrom the date of the transaction.

Meanwhile, we will also contact the merchant’s partner bank regarding this issue. Usually, the bank takes up to 30 days to share an update. As soon as we hear from them, we will convey the same to you.

    Hello,
    I booked a flight on ixigo app for jai to pnq and paid using net banking. Money was deducted from my account, as seen in the attached screenshots. However, no tickets were booked, and no booking id was generated. I got no information from ixigo even acknowledging anything.

    Please process my refund as soon as possible. I have already written a mail to [protected]@ixigo.com but got no response.

      I had trying to book an flight go air g8 643 from mumbai to delhi which timing has 21.15.
      And my booking timing of ticket was 5.10pm on 31august. At the end of booking process there was a message that flight ticket booking has failed..
      But an chargable amount of rupees 20299 are deducted from my account immediately.
      So plz kindly refund my money very soon.

        Hi,

        I write to raise a complaint regarding an air ticket booking that i made through ixigo on august 21, 2019 for a journey to be made on august 25, 2019 for travelling from pune to kolkata. The ticket cost me rs.5044 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but i did not receive the e-ticket either through mail or on the app. I have attached the screenshot confirming the payment of rs.5044 being made successfully. The email id registered with my account is [protected]@gmail.com and my booking id is if[protected].

        Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue as this is a complete harassment for someone booking last minute ticket to be waiting for the refund and let the prices raise higher in the meantime and end up paying a higher price for the same ticket with no fault of theirs. This is the 2nd time i am writing about the same complain as a reminder since there was no action taken by ixigo the last time.

        I am also attaching the screenshot of the email received from ixigo during the booking confirming the pending and failed status as the last time ixigo denied of having any such booking based on the given details.

        It has already been 7 days and yet I still haven't received the amount back. The screenshots say the booking was done on August 21st. The date today is August 28th.
        I book A ticket from dwarka to kota but the ticket didn't book and transition has been cancelled but my account has debited.. Plz give me my refund back.

          On 20 th august, i was booking a seat in sl for bksc hwh 58014 train boarding from bokaro steel city junction on 23rd august, 2019. At that time due to their server error my payment and transaction for booking done but seat had not been booked.
          Then i applied for money refund and was requested to wait for 5 days for completion of refunding. But 5 days has been over and no update about processing of refunding has been informed.
          I want my full refund of money 115.49 rs.

              I booked ticket and paid from my MobiKwik wallet and payment completed but I couldn't get my ticket and it is showing booking pending and there is no way i can proceed on the booking.

                Sir i booked my tickets from Gorakhpur to jhansi on 08.07.2019.. And it got auto cancelled on 21.07.2019 due to wait list...Sir i didn't get any refund from your side...                   Yesterday exactly at 9:04 pm, i paid for a ticket from katihar jn to sealdah jn, via upi from google pay through vpa address, the money got deducted but the ticket was not booked, even no sign of ticket failure or anything appeared on the ixigo app.
                  I called the google pay service number, they said they have successfully transferred the money to ixigo and i should complain here.

                    I had done a booking from ixigo on dated 8/8/19 for a novotel hotel kolkata. But i cancel it as ixigo cancel my flight to kolkata.
                    A refund was initiated on dated 9/8/19 and it has been credited to ixigo account with txn ref no.[protected] by clertrip but not credited to my account.
                    So its a humble request from my side to credit it today to my original mode of payment.
                    I am calling to you continuously but not getting any response. Cleartrip has refunded that amount on 9th of august but you have not refunded it till now. Don’t do such actions so that you loose customers. I am your customer for a long time but not getting proper services.
                    Please return my money back immediately.

                        A payment was made on 19th aug 2019 night. The flight was being booked to kolkata from bhubaneswar but the payment was failed and rs 4774 /- got deducted from my bank account no. [protected].
                        Fyi, i have booked another flight after that and this time it was successful.
                        Please do the needful so that i can get back rs 4774 at the earliest.

                            Yesterday i booked a train for 4th september 2019. The payment has been done of 790 to the la travenues technologhy pvt. Ltd.                               I have booked my train ticket's with pnr [protected] (Booking id: ixitr[protected] and [protected] (Booking id: ixitr[protected]. The train got cancelled due to flood. And my refund not yet received for the same. I got mail from irctc stating that my refund will be given by agent through whom i booked (Ixigo). I have waited many days for your refund but no refund. Also ixigo didnt send any messages regarding refund. Please find the attached screenshot. Kindly revert immediately...

                                This is the message that i had got;

                                Avinash, your train booking for avinash, with pnr: [protected] & booking id: ixitr[protected] has been cancelled.
                                Refund of rs.570 has been initiated. It should reflect in your account within 5 days depending on your bank procedure.

                                I had booked a train from ernakulam to bangalore. I booked on 4th july 2019. I didn't get my money refunded still. Please take further steps to resolve the problom as soon as possible. Please check on your system.

                                I have booked my ticket from Amritsar to jhansi on 10 th August, 2019.The booking was cancelled and message was send to us that your amount Will be refunded in your bank account, within 5 days but till now it's 17th Augus, t 2019. I had booked RN - BSR tickets from ixigo app on 4th July 2109 and 5th August 2019 but due to heavy rains both trains cancelled by railway on 6th August after 10 days still not received my Refund to me. The train got cancelled due to flood in kerala and my refund not yet received for the same. I got mail from irctc stating that my refund will be given by agent through whom i booked (Ixigo).                                     Upto now i did not receive my amount for cancellation of train ticket. I booked train ticket on 9th august 2019. It is almost 7 days, when i will receive amount. Customer care number is continuously busy. I almost waited for 1 week there is no response from your side. Please let me know when i will get money back. I already wrote a mail to irctc, they said that they sent money. How much time it will still take to refund my money. Please send my money soon

                                    I tried to book flight ticket. Money Rs. 7514 got deducted by using Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and UPI id:[protected].

                                    I selected the payment option as UPI..

                                      I was booking 2 tickets from ndls to sbc from this ixigo app. I entered the details and completed the payment and when I entered back to ixigo app the page could not be loaded and the amount has been deducted from my account which is rs2175.49/- i did not recieve any ticket nor any refund. Plus ixigo has not even provided any contact number or helpline number where i can speak to someone incharge who can resolve the issue. If the ticket could not be booked why am i being charged for it and if i have been wrongfully charged then they must send the refund immediately as it is their fault completey

                                      I booked tickets and my money also debeted from my account but I didn't got the tickets I lost my 4000 rupees total by booking tickets but I didn't got the ticket and refund that debited from my account so please give my refund money
                                      I had booked two tickets for Varanasi to Agra Fort. The tickets were canceled due to lack of confirmation but I have not received the refund of the cancell tickets yet.

                                        My booking ID is IF[protected]. I had searched for flights on 14/08/2019 for truejet but unfortunately when I was booking there was error I tried so many times at last when I refreshed and booked it was booked on 15/08/19. Immediately I tried contacting customer care they were suggesting me to contact the airlines when I asked I booked in your app you should help me why should I call the airlines for rescheduling or canceling it's very bad and I request everyone not to use this app
