Hello, i was booking train tickets on train. When it asked for payment i used my phonepe. After that money got deducted but the ticket reservation wasn't successful so tried again but same thing. My money got deducted, twice and train ticket also didn't book. And now those transactions are also not showing up on the ixigo app. How can i get my refund. I have attached my transaction screenshots also. Please help

    Money got deducted via my ixigo app. Rs 1485. But there’s nothing on the app that can prove that plus my ticket also didn’t get booked. Bank has confirmed that i paid and beneficiary got the money via UPI method. Now im not able to contact ixigo customer care as their no. Is either busy or not reachable. What do i do in this case? Help me to get my money back asap.

      Ixigo has deducted the amount from the account but they have not issued the flight tickets also i have written a complaint but they have not yet responded to my mail my ticket booking was done on 19th september for 3rd november and return was on 8th november from hyderabad to ahmedabad request you please look into the matter as the amount is 12, 795

        Only 14th september i booked two flight tickets.. But booking was failed.. And payment has been done.. Around 4000 something money has been debited from my accnt..
        I got a notification that booking is failed and if balance is deducted from the acccountt will be refund with in 3-4 dys.. And today is 19th.. I still don't get my money back.. Plz help me in this..

              I tried to book ticket using phonepe upi. money deducted twice

              I tried twice to book ticket from vizag to Chennai using ixigo app on sept 9th. I've used phonepay UPID for transaction. I was very disappointed to say that 2 times my money got deducted but my ticket was not booked. I spoke with customer care people and they said ticket didn't booked because of payment failed. They asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. I want to know whether my process has initiated or not. I'm worried because 5k deducted...

              I was booking ticket for train no 12438, NZM to Nagpur on date 26/08/2019, during booking Ticke money i.e. Rs 2414.29 was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not made. i am continously talking to customer care of SBI, IRCTC and ixigo but nobody is helping me. All of them are trqnfering this problem to eachother. please help me till now my money has not been refunded.

                There’s no platform to reach out for any help from ixigo.
                I don’t find any toll free or customer care contact email or phone number.
                How do we get through?
                It’s been 3 days and still no refund at all. I needed to book in urgency but failed to get a ticket, such a disappoint.

                  I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose my upi in phonepe for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something but in my phonepe account statement its showing "transaction successful". Debited amount - 273.19, date and time :7 sept 2019, 2:12 pm and transaction id p1909071412037974862070 but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 273.19 asap.

                        Sir i booked a ticket from guwahati (Kamakhya) to saharanpur on 01 sep 19 train no. 15655- kyq-svdk. I did my payment via bhim (Upi) payment of rs. 2015.40 is done but my pnr could not be generated niether i got refund. As you know first they ask id and than payment is done and in last password is submitted by after payment done password option did not appear and niether pnr gendered. My irctc id is itsvikash0.                             If at all, the merchant denies the receipt of the same, we recommend you to contact your bank and raise a chargeback by providing transaction details that include, p1909020046049885595367 and the date and time of the payment done along with the utr. (This will be displayed in your bank statement.)

                            Also note that a chargeback must be raised with your bank within 60 daysfrom the date of the transaction.

                              Hello,
                              I booked a flight on ixigo app for jai to pnq and paid using net banking. Money was deducted from my account, as seen in the attached screenshots. However, no tickets were booked, and no booking id was generated. I got no information from ixigo even acknowledging anything.

                              Please process my refund as soon as possible. I have already written a mail to [protected]@ixigo.com but got no response.

                                But an chargable amount of rupees 20299 are deducted from my account immediately.
                                So plz kindly refund my money very soon.

                                  Hi,

                                  I write to raise a complaint regarding an air ticket booking that i made through ixigo on august 21, 2019 for a journey to be made on august 25, 2019 for travelling from pune to kolkata. The ticket cost me rs.5044 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but i did not receive the e-ticket either through mail or on the app. I have attached the screenshot confirming the payment of rs.5044 being made successfully. The email id registered with my account is [protected]@gmail.com and my booking id is if[protected].

                                  Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue as this is a complete harassment for someone booking last minute ticket to be waiting for the refund and let the prices raise higher in the meantime and end up paying a higher price for the same ticket with no fault of theirs. This is the 2nd time i am writing about the same complain as a reminder since there was no action taken by ixigo the last time.

                                  I am also attaching the screenshot of the email received from ixigo during the booking confirming the pending and failed status as the last time ixigo denied of having any such booking based on the given details.

                                  It has already been 7 days and yet I still haven't received the amount back. The screenshots say the booking was done on August 21st. The date today is August 28th.
                                  I book A ticket from dwarka to kota but the ticket didn't book and transition has been cancelled but my account has debited.. Plz give me my refund back.

                                    On 20 th august, i was booking a seat in sl for bksc hwh 58014 train boarding from bokaro steel city junction on 23rd august, 2019. At that time due to their server error my payment and transaction for booking done but seat had not been booked.
                                    Then i applied for money refund and was requested to wait for 5 days for completion of refunding. But 5 days has been over and no update about processing of refunding has been informed.
                                    I want my full refund of money 115.49 rs.
