I booked tickets from secunderabad to gudur on 9 march, 2019 through(2 TICKETS)
Your app. I booked and money got debited from bank but ticket is not

      Ixigo spoil my whole business trip
      Such a # company it is.
      They don't have a time to pick up the call
      The say that your ticket is booked and confirmed and payment is done then immediately ticket is cancelled and the tell us to do payment again to book your previous ticket money will be refund in 5 days but refund is not done yet
      They tell us that our ticket is canceled but pnr number show the confirmation of ticket
      That is this
      And the day we want to travel
      Our ticket is not showing any confirmation
      And when we calling ixigo nobody is receiving our call and bell is constantly ringing.
      The wrost experience ever
      A reccomend not to book a ixigo to every one i meet

      So i can show you the experience of spoiling my business trip

        My ticket is not confirmed but still the amount of 454.18 was deducted from my account *5403 on 8 april as i have booked my ticket form ixigo app then for payment option i have chosen pytm payment bank which taken but there transaction got failed but still the amount was deducted and on ixigo app it is not showing anything related to booking so i request to refund the amount deducted

        Due to some technical issues the payment for your Jalandhar Cant (JRC) - Ratlam Jn (RTM) booking is failed and the amount got deducted from my account as I tried that two times.. And both the time my booking failed and from paytm amount is deducted .

        And in transaction history only one failed trip is showing in ixigo app..

              I booked my ticket from by mistake from lucknow to belthara road ballia then i have to cancelled my train ticket from lucknow to belthara road i got a message that my money will be refunded back to my account within five days from booking but after ten days of cancellation of my ticket, my money has not been refunded to my account.                   I booked 1 ticket from ujjen to bhilwara for 8 april2019 in 19712 bhopal jaipur express, order id (Ixitr[protected]). I booked on 7th april at about1:29 pm, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully.                         My account has been debited by the amount of rupees 1810 for booking of train ticket in the name of sandeep banik, Shubradip banik, dipa paul banik, ram Murti banik. The booking is done through your application; ixigo. But I didn't got any booking details till now in the application. Please go through the attachment and refund my money back or else I have the sufficient evidence to sue your company.
                        I have talked with my bank, they told me that the UPI has been completely successfully, but your application didn't give the booking ID nor the Pnr number.

                                I wished to book a sleeper ticket in kanyakumari express (Mumbai CSMT -Thiruvananthapuram Central)on[protected]:47PM
                                they failed to book the ticket, but they took money from my account, they didn't refund the money within 5 days

                                  I recently had tried to book train ticket from Salar to Howrah through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs.2475 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
                                  These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me ..

                                  I have book ticket from cbe to kurnool in tatkal..but i couldnt book and amnt has be deducted from my account..once 1100 has been deducted and the secnd time 1117 has been deducted..i received 1100 and not the rest..please comsider this..and refund it soon..

                                    I booked a train ticket from Bhatapara (BYT) to Rourkela (ROU) in South Bihar Express on 31st March 2019 at 10:44 AM yesterday, amount been deducted and neither get ticket confirmation nor a transaction history in your app.
                                    I have all the screenshot and upi reference id as well. But there is no revert from ixigo side. I just want my amount back.First time i booked from ixigo trains and its a really bad experience.

After my account got debited with an amount of Rs1500 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
                                      These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me ..

                                        I'm manimaran yadav. I tried to book a ticket today 29th march from nizamuddin to kankavali of 31st of march of travel. The train number is 12618. During booking payment for ticket be completed via upi transaction, but during typing password and captcha page it's get too late.. So page gets closed and booking for my ticket is pending. My payment id is 2bv3jlwtnfftgaob8i and my order id is ixitr[protected]. Can u please check it and make my booking confirm or make the process of refund as soon as possible.

I recived a call from company that my money will be refunded in 5 bank days but it is almost 5 days but still I haven't recived money. My ticket date was on 23 March 2019.PNR NO. - [protected] please help.
