My account has been debited by the amount of rupees 1810 for booking of train ticket in the name of sandeep banik, Shubradip banik, dipa paul banik, ram Murti banik. The booking is done through your application; ixigo. But I didn't got any booking details till now in the application. Please go through the attachment and refund my money back or else I have the sufficient evidence to sue your company.
I have talked with my bank, they told me that the UPI has been completely successfully, but your application didn't give the booking ID nor the Pnr number.
