Ixigo — Not received partial refund | |||||
On 25.12.2020 I Sumen Mondal booked two airline tickets of Airasia from chennai to Mumbai and I altogether paid Rs.9778 but due to the sever health condition of my father on 23.12.2020 I cancelled the ticket and the ixigo customer care assured me that I will receive the refund within 15 days, and on 17.01.2021 I called the ixigo customer care and the stated me that my ticket is nonrefundable also I received the mail for the same. When I booked the ticket it was showing partially refundable for the cancellation of Airasia ticket and after the cancellation also it was showing partially refundable, but still haven't received anything yet from the partially refundable which I am supposed to receive. Therefore I request you please look over this and response to me to pay me back my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
