[Resolved]  Ixigo — Payment done but not received booking details

Hi Ixigo Team,

I have booked flight IX 2739 scheduled for 28th June at 1:45 AM using my phone number for booking. The payment was successfully processed via UPI and the amount Rs.4869 was deducted from my bank account. However I have not received any booking confirmation or details.

I am unable to find any trace of booking. Please assist with the details or initiate refund immediately.

Ixigo team reached out to me on call after I sent an email explaining the issue and I had also reached out to them on their Twitter account. They advised to wait for few hours and if the booking is not confirmed the amount will be refunded. I received the refund after few hours.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
