[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund given from Indigo not yet credited to my account | |||
My PNR PNJR4X has been cancelled by airline and they says refunded to MYSTIFLY consulting on 27 June 2020.I have booked through IXIGO and even after 3 and half months Ixigo didn't processed the amount to my account.please take appropriate steps to get my refund as soon as possible Please check the copy of mail send by Indigo /// Dear Sir/Ma'am, Thank you for writing to us. With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under the booking PNR PNJR4X, an amount of INR 9982 has been processed on 27 June 2020 to the virtual ID of the travel agency used at the time of booking. Further, we request you to kindly get in touch with the travel agency (MYSTIFLY CONSULTING) to claim the refund. Oct 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Full amount is credited today..Thanks to IXIGO team Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 16, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have initiated full refund for the paid amount. The refund would be in 2 parts i.e INR 8966 and INR 1364 and shall be credited within 7 days. If in case the refund is failed via payment gateway due to transaction being older than 6 months, you will receive a payout link via SMS/email to claim the refund within the next 48 hours.
