I placed this order in oct 2018, it was returned and i was supposed to received the refund by 30th oct. I understand a few days delay. However, when i did not receive it by 11th, i called up your customer care and requested anr number to follow up with my bank. I was told that the tat is 7 business days. I called up on 20th when i did not receive it on 7th business day. I was told to wait for 48 more hrs due to a technical glitch, i patiently waited. I had to call back on 22nd again since then the same story is happening. No upfront information received from their side. They guys don’t have the basic courtesy to inform the customer before hand if they are not able to get the information in the timeline that you provided. It’s shameful. I called up again on 22nd and spoke to their so called escalation team, again same lame excuse man please allow us 24 us. You will receive a call on 23rd before 8. And guess what; i did not and the story goes on, it’s day 32 today. This experience has been so lousy that i am never ever coming back to shop from jabong.
