Jabong.com — 6 days have passed and my order hasn't yet been dispatched

I ordered nike football shoes from jabong on 22/6/18 (Order #[protected]). Today (28/6/18) was supposed to be the date of delivery.
I contacted jabong multiple times through email and phone and also contacted the chief manager. Everytime i was told to wait more. If after 6 days they can't dispatch, it means there is something seriously wrong. A family member from my house has ordered another product from the same vendor at the same time as me and has already received the order within 4 days.
I have repeatedly asked jabong to be clear whether they will or they will not be able to deliver the order. They are just making false commitments and wasting my time. Everytime you contact jabong customer care, they will apologize and reply diplomatically but they will not do anything about the problem.
I have experience with multiple other shopping sites and yes mistakes do happen. However if you contact amazon customer care, they will resolve your problem immediately and they will most certainly not have such a ridiculous problem as not being able to dispatch a product even after so much time. The product i ordered is still available on sale at jabong.com.
If jabong cannot fulfill an order, why are they still advertising the product and misleading more people?
Delay in delivery can be understood, but 6 days delay for dispatch? This is not about delay, this is about making false commitments.
If jabong cannot fulfill my order, please do the favor and tell me without wasting anymore of my time.

I am sure even here they will reply something diplomatically and provide assurance that they are "working on my concern" and they will "try to resolve my problem at the earliest." there are no limits of customer harassment when it comes to jabong.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Will never recommend jabong to anyone. To whoever is reading this, do not waste your time on jabong.

Update: Its now been 11 days and I have made countless emails and calls to customer care. Still no change in order status. Hats off to Jabong.com. They should shut down their fraud website and deal with pending orders first.

Hi,
I ordered the blackberry trouser on 23 june and on the next day I cancelled the item, but i didn't received the refund, approximately one week had been passed.

So kindly resolve the isssue as soon as possible so i will get the refund

Me too ordered for a product and even after 8 days, its not yet dispatched. In the tracking section its listed as within 12 hr they will notify the status but its already 4 days after that status.
