I had booked an order for two watches on 19th may. The order was to be delivered by 24th june. It wasn't delivered and order status showed "in transit" so i called customer care. They said they will look into it and call me back. I did not receive any call. After two days, i again called the customer care. They said they will talk to the concerned department and call me back. Again no call. I called back on 30th may. They customer representatives said the order will be delivered within 2 days.
Today is 3rd june. The order hasn't arrived yet. I called back. Now they tell me the order can't be delivered and they will refund my money. Fine. But what about my time wasted and what about the money spent on calling. Will the company return me that too?
This is ridiculous on part of the company to harass a consumer in this fashion. Completely unprofessional. Was this information helpful? |
