[Resolved] Jabong.com — about returning a product | |
I had bought 3 t shirts and it was of small size. When i clicked to return it showed that there was no pickup and i had to self ship. But there was no self ship option anywhere in the app or web. Som i am stuck with the product of no use for me. Fed up with the return process in jabong. I had called the customer care and they also told me to self ship but i really cannot do it without being given an option to do it. Had not expected this from jabong. This is really a kind of fraudulent activity that you are joking with the customers. Was this information helpful? | |
