Jabong.com — amount not refunded to my account 12 days after initiation | |||||
I placed an order with jabong.com on 08.01.2019, but I cancelled it the same day because I changed my mind. I got an email about the refund being initiated but it's been 12 days and I haven't received the refund in my account. I've been trying to talk to thr customer care for some days now but it's been of no use at all. They kept asking me to wait. I can't tolerate this further Was this information helpful? | |||||
