Jabong.com — asking for refund on wrong delivery

Instead of nike air zoom pegasus 34 running shoes worth rs.4, 589 i was delivered a cheap local shoe by jabong. On repeated inquiry about the issue i was not given proper response from the company and it has been more than a week since i had asked for a replacement or refund. The company is not responding regarding my money and doesn't show any consumer ethics during calls. I feel so helpless unable to do anything, i would like to get my money (Four thousand five hundred and eighty nine rupees only) back. Kindly take this complaint seriously and take action against the company.
