[Resolved] Jabong.com — Charged more than the amount mentioned on the app | |||||
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Jabong on 26th October. The amount mentioned was Rs. 2045. When the package was delivered the amount mentioned on the invoice was Rs.2880. I have paid Rs.835 more to the courier guy as per the invoice. Later, when I approached Jabong on 30th October with a complaint, they said that the invoice is fake. Where in I received that very invoice with the package. I kept waiting for a resolution till 09th November. And then after 11 days they marked a mail stating your issue has been solved. The Chief Manager called me and said that they have cross checked that no extra amount has been charged. I am still waiting to receive the extra amount charged from me. They are frauds. There business is running into losses and now they have drawn this very idea to earn money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
