Jabong.com — colour of dress faded after a single wash

Had buyed a dress from jabong. The colour faded after a single wash. Was lucky enough that i used the dress within 15days. On complaining received same reply "since the 15 days return policy has expired we cannot accept the product". Did i pay money for wearing the dress just for once? The product is totally useless just after a single wash. Waiting for a call from their legal team but havent received it since 7 days
