I ordered a fossil watch on 30th august 2018 from jabong, complanit number[protected], order id 108750318320720041201 of amount 9495rs. I received the order on 2nd september, i opened the box and there was no watch in it. The box was empty. I registered a complaint many times on email and jabong customer care. I talked to mr. Rupak mandilia (Des. Floor supervisor). He said the high authority denied your refund and from our side we have send the watch. I asked him to share warehouse video recording, sellers information and courier& logistic partner information. He denied to share any of these information. I have recorded all this on my phone. I have recorded his voice. I have right to get all these information. Please share all these informations with me right now and send me another email of reason of denying my refund. If i do not get reply from your side within 24 hrs i will file a complaint in consumer court. I shall also get a fir registered under section 419, 420and 506 (Criminal intimidation). You have caused me serious mental harassment and forced me to take all these steps. If not solved urgently, along with dragging you to court this shall also be a part of social media.
