[Resolved] Jabong.com — customer service?? | |||||
I wouldn't call this a complaint per se. I haven't updated my number on jabong (My mistake) and accidentally ordered something and paid on-line. I just want the courier person to call me on my correct number which i have updated now. I send an e-mail to their customer service, blunt response with they couldn't do anything about it. above order I Placed on Sat, 18th Nov'17 at 2:14am, at that time there was an offer that if we order above Rs.2500 and made payment through HDFC.debit card then 10% will be credited in account after 3 months. But still it is pending, please look into it.
