[Resolved] Jabong.com — Defective shoes of INCULT company delivered by jabong | |||||
I have ordered INCULT NAVY BLUE LIFESTYLE SHOES on 19 Nov 2016 and its delivered on 27 Nov 2016. When they were delivered they were great. I tried them on and walked around a bit without a glitch in them. But when I tried them on again after 3-4 days the sole started coming off and and the straps started ripping out. I have mailed and called many times to Jabong customer care but didn't got any satisfactory answer. when i go to my return order page, its show 'product can not br returned'. After that i mailed to [protected]@jabong.com again and he replied me that "My team has already started working rigorously in this direction. You would be contacted soon by one of my team members. Please be assured that your concern would be resolved to your satisfaction." So I request you to please look into the matter and return my order and getting my refund back as soon as possible. I am sending snapshot of the defective product...
