[Resolved] Jabong.com — Delayed delivery and order cancellation for second time in a row | |||||
This company is waste.For the second time in a row they dint deliver the product and kept on extending dates for the same product and same story again. I ordered one track suit and one jeans from them and its been ten days with no update.They dont pick up calls and also keep on telling me new dates everytime.They had cancel my order previously without my confirmation.What is going on? I needed that product urgently to gift it to someone on one occaision and they failed me.Due to their failed delivery i incurred loss of 3000 rupees which i shopped from another website at the last moment.I need to log a serious complaint against this company as i am the victim in a row for second time.I have all proofs with me.
