Jabong. com delivered a used and crumpled product to me, and after returning the product and initiating a refund, they have refunded only part of my money.
Jabong. com has duped me with pathetic quality check ( used and crumpled product delivered)
Sub standard customer service ( no revert for a week in spite of sending pictures of the product delivered and asking for an explanation as to why such a product was delivered)
False information given on email ( I get an email on June 3 stating that full amount of 398 INR has been refunded and will take 1 business day to deliver, whereas on June 4 ( after waiting for 2 business days), I notice that only part amount is refunded 299) they have not refunded 99 shipping charges in spite of their fault ( they delivered a used product, did not revert to me explaining why, when I returned the product I was assured of a timely full refund, but after multiple follow ups and waiting for a refund, I notice these people have only delivered half the amount.

2.the amount of refund actually due to me
3.the amount of refund the jabong refunded
4.The email from jabong giving false information, they confirmed full amount was refunded, but they did not refund the whole amount
Order id and all other details u need are attached. Please refer the same and resolve this issue
