I had ordered one jacket on 9th dec which was supposed to be delivered on 15th DEC but I got a msg that order will be delayed and will be delivered by 18th DEC..on 18th I lodge a complain that product is not yet delivered..after I waited 2more day to get some reply from them . I didn't got any call from them or msg..then I again I called them and the executive said he is forwarding the issue to the concerned department ..and the it continues for more 2-3days ..each time I called them they used to say that it has been escalated but I was not getting any progress on my complaint..still I have not got my product..and today its 27th of dec.
