Jabong.com — delivery of wrong product | |||
I had ordered 3 items under order id [protected] which are as follows:- 1) ether grey joggers 2) blue saint round neck t shirt 3) next black round nck t shirt On 29th of march, i was handed over 3 packages amounting to rs634, 229 and 634 respectively. When i opened the package i found out that 2 of my ordered items were correct i. E the ether joggers and the blue saint tshirt. To my surprise in my third package i found a jeans instead of black round t shrt. I hadn't ordered a jeans at all, then where from earth did it come from? Also the third package was exactly of the same amount as that of the black tshirt. Now the problem is i have paid for an item which i havent ordered and there isnt any means to place an return request. When i opened my account, i was shocked to see that my black shirt was not dispatched till date and the dispatch will be delayed. Today i contacted them they said the product has been. Cancelled from their side. This clearly shows that it is a case of mismanagement and there has been some sort problem at your level bcz i received just because it was of the same amount ie rs 634 and on the top of package had no message about the contents inside. Now all i want is to get the wrong product picked up and process my refund or else deliver my shirt for free because i have already paid the exact amount for the jeans. I expect a quick action from your side. Enclosed;- 1) details about the products ordered 2) the curent status of black tshirt 3) 2 jabong package showing amounts of rs 634 4) transparent polypack in which jeans was packed 5) wrong product (Jeans) 6) the tag Was this information helpful? | |||
