Jabong.com — didn't receive the product since 2 years | |
I purchased a dell laptop along with which i was gifted a rs.1500 worth jabong coupon. Using that coupon i ordered 3 products 2 of which i received but for the third product[a watch worth rs. 572] the delivery man asked for paying money while all of it was already paid using the coupon. We denied to pay extra money owing to which we didn't get the watch. It has been almost 2 years since then we haven't received the watch nor any explanation regarding about the unsuccessful delivery or the delay.in-fact, due to the delay the watch's 1 year warranty has also been expired. I had recently contacted their customer care where my concern was escalated and terminated saying that i should contact dell for a mistake done by jabong itself. Earlier too jabong was creating hurdles for using the same voucher by simply canceling the order to which i had to complain here. Only after that they issued me a new voucher but again they are troubling in such manner. Please help.
