Jabong.com — exchange cancelled without refund | |||||
[protected] was placed on 16th July and delivered on 21st. We wanted to exchange it but the the required size was not available. On 26th the required size was available and we initiated the exchange request. [protected] was the order id for exchange. The item was picked up for exchange on 28th and till 3rd when the status of the order [protected] was not updated to shipped I called the customer care and was informed that the order is shipped but not updated. I waited till 6th Aug that was the delivery date but when didnt receive the item called the customer care which asked 5 days for resolution. I again called up on 12th and was asked for other 2 days. On 13th without and information the order was cancelled. Till today I have not received the refund amount and I can see that the refund request has been closed. I had asked Jabong to refund the amount to the payment mode of order id [protected] which was the parent order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
