Jabong.com — exchange of product | |||||
I had ordered a pair of black sandals from dressberry, jabong. I had to exchange it with a size of euro 38. Jabong delayed the delivery of my product by one day at the first place and now it shows that the delivery and dispatch of the product will be delayed.in the app it shows the that product is suppose to be shipped by 10th august 2018, today it’s 14th august but my order is not yet shipped. Jabong has one the worst customer service that i’ve come across. Jabong needs to up its game when it comes to customer service. They have no option for the customers to talk with an executive which makes the process even more difficult. I really need a solution to my issue or else i have the option to cancel the order and get a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
