I have raised the complaint with complaint number 31210598 for order number [protected] for the replacement of crocs with size 10 but there has not been any reply from your side. Customer care number is also not responding. Even after repeated calling and emails they aren't responding i have spent 1715 rs. On crocs and requested for replacement of size 10. Last time i had same experience after ordering puma shoes with same issue. Sir i request you to look into the matter asap and if it is not possible to exchange ths product kindly refund the amount. If any alternate number available to contact customer care kindly send me. I hope you will do the needful
