I had recently ordered a Morgan Blue Jeans pant from Jabong. Order #[protected]. I treid it on immediately after receiving the same. The fitting is horrible. It looks like a kids pant which is long enough for an adult. I was not able to get my legs into the pant itself, let alone the waist and other stuff! Then I tried raising a return request, but got got a message that I cannot return this product and I should contact the customer care. Then I wrote to [protected]@Jabong, but for no good. They said that they cannot help as it a non-returnable product.
I don't understand why a jeans pant becomes non-returnable??? Then I called the customer care people to tell the exact difficulty in keeping the pant. I just cannot wear it because the fitting is too bad. The lady out there had no clue as to what she was talking about and she put me on hold for more than thrice and finally gave me the same answer.
When the customer is calling Jabong and complaining and trying to make them understand her problem, the incompetent executives are just reading the mail that I have received and making the matter worse! Extremely unfriendly customer care executives!!!
My money is blocked here and the way you people are dealing with the customer is just not acceptable!!! You put incorrect description on the web page and then refuse to take the responsibility of your own product!! I want you take this matter up asap.
