Jabong.com — haven't received my exchange package from last 14 days | |||
I ordered a pair of shoes costing 2000 and there was a size problem as i ordered size 10 later i placed an exchange for 9 no. Size and the jabong guy took the shoe within 2 days of order and now it's been 15 days i haven't received my exchange package yet. This is totally bad way of public relation. Im now scared that i wasted my 2000 rupees as there is no message from jabong team about my exchange till now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have order red tape shoes from jabong.
In this product this is no branding at outsole. But in jabong product images and as well as original red tape site, the shoe have branding.
