Jabong.com — I didn't receive my order

I have order my shirt in jabong. In the app, it showing that product is delivered but i didn't receive my order. (While ordering i gave my number, in that a number is wrong- so i didn't receive any call/msg from that). After calling their helpline number, i made a complaint on this. But you guys are delivered my order to someone without knowing any proof. This is the biggest mistake from your side. Some random guy received my order but not me. They are making a customer who paid through online. Its been 6 months but still i didn't get proper resolution from your. Very bad customer service. Cheated my money. If someone has kind heart, please resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
