Dear Purnima, Your PREPAID Order Number [protected] is CONFIRMED. I received this email on 9th Oct'14. With Pre-paid amount of 704.48/-. Its a month and Jabong has yet not delivered my order. I have raised complaint against it on Jabong site with Ref no:[protected], from day one they are sending a repeated sms of "we are working tirelessly to resolve ur complaint", its all FAKE. If they would have worked tirelessly, i would have received my order. Jabong has spoil my all festival. I ordered the product for occasion of Diwali which was on 23 Oct, keeping in mind about the Diwali rush, i purchased the order on 9th Oct. Today's date is 6th Nov'14, nether they (Jabong) has delivered the nor refunded my amount in my bank account. Shame -Shame on you Jabong Team, this is how you make money and run your business.
