Jabong.com — I haven't received the ordered item

I had ordered black brouge casual sneaker from jabong.com on 3rd feb while tracking i found that it had reached gangtok on 9th feb. But yet i have not received the item. The customer care says that item has reached in COURIER named as ML Logistics but there is no such type of courier name in sikkim gangtok. Pls help
