[Resolved] Jabong.com — I received wrong item and not able to return it. | |||||
I made an order of 3 items, in that one item got delivered. But the item which i received is wrong. I have ordered for long sleeve t-shirt, but the delivered item is with short sleeves. I want to return the item or need to get it exchanged with the item which i ordered. But jabong doesn't provide any return facility for my pincode, as they say, that pickup service is not available in my pincode and i have to use the self-ship option. Now even the self-ship option is not available on their site and app. I have sent an email to them and i spent the whole day to sort this thing out. I feel unprofessional of them, if they can deliver a product at one place, they should also be available for the pickup too. Even if they can't, they should at least notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my item exchanged.
