Jabong.com — I still do not received any refund

I ordered 2 products due to poor quality i returned it. Company send me a message that they received the product. Send me the message to refund it in two three days. Later i have got any refunds so i messaged customer care they messaged me that they will refund it very soon then i got message that they refunded it to my account so i checked my account but i haven't received any of the refunds in my account.
