It's been more than a month since the above complaint yet i've not received any resolution. I've received multiple calls from you guys and every single time i've to repeat the same things to the customer care executive and the customer care executive will provide a lip service saying that they will get back to me and that they will help me. But it's not happening.
1) i'd issues with the logistics partner and the field executive who had zero communication skills and would cut the call in the middle of the conversation. He didn't know abc of courier service.
2) i asked the field executive to take 2 signs since i's returning 2 orders from 2 different sites, yet the executive said 1 sign is sufficient. How do you expect me to provide return receipt or digital return confirmation?
3) i called the field executive multiple times asking him to check that 2 orders were picked up yet he would say yes and cut the call abruptly.
Thanks to your logistic partner who didn't know even abc of courier services and who had zero communication skills, thanks to you for doing business with such horrible logistics partner, i've been victimized. Never going to order from you guys ever again. Was this information helpful? |
