[Resolved] Jabong.com — Improper product delivery | |||||
Hello my order id is [protected] I ordered a boxer which was delivered to me few days back. i didnt try the item as it was way bigger than what i expected it to be. i asked the delivery boy to take the item back he asked me to place a return request online. where i found out that i cant return this item. this whole set up is a hoax. i feel totally misled. kindly accept a return and refund my money. i totally understand that undergarments are not subject to refund but this was a mistake totally from the company's side. any e commerce company can clear their surplus large sized garment stock this way and the customers will have to suffer. kindly take the product back and refund my money else i ll have to take further actions the ensure a fairplay Was this information helpful? | |||||
