Jabong.com — item not arrived, but status marked as delivered

Hi. 2 items have not yet arrived. But in order tracking they have changed the status as delivered without delivering the item.

Item 1. aks couture tops

Order id. 109118663826863018101

Item 2. Jaipur kurti

Id. 109098931901453521003

For item 2, even d exchage period is over since they have marked it as delivered, but item not yet arrived.

I have mailed many times regarding this issue and have not get any reply other than their auto generated msg. Then i contacted their customer care and even their response was not appreciable. They just said that the problem will be rectified in 5 working days but nothing happened and also they have still not changed the status. The customer support replies were very vague and pathetic, nothing informative.

I have already paid for these items.
