[Resolved] Jabong.com — no refund received

I ordered a dressberry blue skinny fit mid-rise slash knee acid-wash stretchable jeans (Size32). The item was delivered on 24 dec 2018. But the size was large for me so i requested for return. The item was picked up on 4th january and i received the mail regarding the initiation of my refund on the same day. But the money has not been credited in my account yet. Jan 15, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received my money today. Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 15, 2019 Updated by kundumou They told me to wait for 10 days for the refund. After waiting for 11 days now they are telling to wait for 7 days more. I don't think this long time is required for the refund if they have already initiated my refund. Please help me to get the money back.

I placed a order on 21st dec 2018 i was not satisfied with 2 products in it... I claimed for a return of those products... They are not willing to pick it up from here... I hate their service cheating people and getting money..
